They can't even manage to show up for an appointment, two days in a row!!!! They were a no show with no explanation, decided to give them a second chance, they were a no show again the very next day, ridiculous.

After another company ‘tried’ and failed to fix our broken fireplace, the team at Santa Chimney Sweep identified the real problem instantly. Thankfully we now have heat for these chilly Austin days plus the fireplace has never looked better. I highly recommend them.

Santa Chimney was able to fix my gas fireplace and I’m thrilled with the result! I had other fireplace repair folks look at it in the past, unsuccessfully. The Santa Chimney crew was able to diagnose the problem, replace parts and even faulty wiring.

It took several service visits and ordering of parts to finally get it fixed. I appreciate their tenacity and ability to diagnose what ended up being several problems.

Roman did a great job fixing our propane fireplace! He diagnosed it, found the leak, repaired it and tested it to make sure the leak stopped. I'd definitely hire them again.

Great experience with Santa chimney sweep! My chimney cap and chase cover were rusted and damaged, and Santa and their team replaced both. Communication was great throughout, and they were clean and professional. I’d recommend them to anybody!

Santa Chimney Sweep replaced our chimney chase cover. During a chimney cleaning, another company noted that our original one would leak small amounts of water into the flue - not good. It appears the original builder did shoddy work. Santa Chimney replaced it with a properly built and fitted one.
I was also impressed by their frequent and informative communications, and by the professionalism of their installers.

Great Service. Friendly Staff. Incredibly Responsive. Removed a birds nest same day in less than 30 minutes. Provided estimate to fix chimney cracks at a fair price and didn’t try to overcharge. Highly recommend this company.

Abraham and Amit did a magnificent job in cleaning out our fire box, the fire logs, replacing the old lava rock, and instructing us on safety issues of use of gas fireplace.
