I heard about A1 chimney through my best friend this time around. He was right on point because when Leroy showed up he showed up on time and now it seems as if my fireplace is going to be the top of the town next year around thanks guys for getting all that holiday mess taken care of highly recommended y’all.

The tech did a great job. I was fine with everything the tech did. However, he was only here an hour and a half. The price I paid was over $1500.00 dollars. While it has nothing to do with the technician, I will use a company that is more reasonably priced. I definitely feel I was over charged.

A1 Chimney did an excellent job! Rotem came out to install a custom cap on my chimney, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. The quality of the installation was top-notch, you can tell Rotem is skilled and takes pride in his work. The cap fits perfectly and gives me peace of mind knowing my chimney is now well protected.

I had a problem where the bottom part of my chimney siding had fallen off, and the company I originally hired just filled the hole with foam and slapped a piece of metal over it. It looked terrible and felt like a total shortcut. Then I called A1 Chimney, what a difference. Ron and his crew came out, removed the mess the other guys left, and rebuilt the damaged section properly with matching siding and professional craftsmanship. The final result looks clean, solid, and like it was never damaged to begin with. These guys actually care about doing the job right. I’m extremely impressed and glad I called them.

I've been wanting to convert My fireplace from wood burning to a gas long set for a long time. And Ben made the whole process super simple. He did an amazing job. The work was high quality quick and the results looks incredibowl on top of that. The price was great before leaving Ben went over everything with me and made sure. Mike did an outstanding job rebuilding our chimney! The difference between the before and after is unbelievable, it looks like a brand new structure. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The brickwork is clean, solid, and blends perfectly with the house. We’re so happy we went with this company. I had an excellent experience with our chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning service! Knox was incredibly thorough, kind, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me what needed attention, and made sure everything was cleaned perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. I feel so much safer and more confident in our home after his visit. Highly recommend!

My chimney was in very bad shape due to rotting framing and trimming that caused water leaks. The team completely rebuilt the structure from the backyard floor all the way up to the top. They replaced the framing, installed new plywood, and then added HardieBoard siding instead of the cheap vinyl that was there before, which was very weak. For the trimming, they used SmartSide for extra durability.

The workmanship is excellent and efficient, and everything was done to make sure there won’t be problems again in the future. Huge thanks to Ben and his amazing crew for such a professional job. The results look fantastic.

We were so impressed with A1 Chimney. The customer service was above and beyond. The inspection was performed by Amit and he did a very thorough job from top to bottom. Because of his great work and prompt follow through with a complete workup and quote for the repairs we needed, we decided to go with A1 Chimney, and now that all the work is done, we are very glad we did. It turned out better than we expected and now my wife and I are setting here enjoying a nice warm (and safe) fire.

I called in A1 Chimney to do a basic annual inspection of my gas fireplace. It was working fine and looked great. By the time they left, the fireplace won’t turn on anymore, the logs were placed incorrectly and randomly on the grate, and my faux embers are gone. It looks like crap (and doesn’t work). I communicated with them online and by phone and never received a response from the management. Unfortunately, I paid their invoice without getting a chance to take a close look at what they had done because I had the flu and was trying to keep my distance from the tech. Now I’m out $250 for nothing. I can’t recommend them.

UPDATE: upon seeing my review A1 Chimney admitted they did not provide the service I paid for and said they would refund the service fee. A few weeks later, they still have not issued the refund, so not only are they incompetent, they are fraudulent and dishonest. Don’t do business with them.

My wife and I bought a new house a few months ago and the fireplace needed taken care of pretty badly. Knox came and inspected it for us. He was very friendly, quick, and efficient. We decided to move forward with the quote to get it cleaned and to replace the logs and fire glass. I thought the quote was a bit steep at first, but after researching, it was actually a pretty great price compared to alternatives. Knox ordered our stuff and about a week later, he came back and got everything cleaned, replaced, and working like new. It’s my first experience with a gas fireplace, so it was important to make sure everything was safe.
I would recommend A1 Chimney and would definitely recommend Knox. We also have the same birthday, which is pretty cool too.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Voice messages have been left, but have yet to receive a return call. Then if the call is picked up, they hang up on you.
