Brian swept my chimney and reassembled my ceramic logs. He was friendly and professional and was able to come out the day after I called. I feel much more confident about my fireplace's safety now that he's checked it out.

Chris of Atlas Chimney ordered parts three times before he got the right ones(with what felt like long waits in between). Chris would hardly return our calls, and the roofer (who had hired him and was waiting on Chris’s work so he could be paid) told us he hardly returned his calls.

Even though we had owned the house for many years, our stovepipe had never leaked until after Atlas replaced it. Every time it rained very much, it visibly leaked and it had begun to rust.. Brian came out a couple of times when we called him after a rain, but the issue was never resolved. On the phone, Chris claimed the leak was “normal,” refused to do anything else to correct the work, called my husband an idiot, and hung up on him.

We had two other companies give us estimates to repair Atlas’ work. Both companies said the wrong sealant was used; in fact, we were told that Atlas used flammable sealant on the stovepipe! We were given pictures of the errors and gaps, and we were shown the screws that were so short (my estimate ½”-¾”) that they did not go into anything.

We paid another company over $2100 to stop the leak, and we have “after” pictures of the difference. We were advised to replace the Atlas cap with one with mesh to keep out animals. That expense is still ahead of us.

I hope I have conveyed how frustrating the ordeal was for us and for our tenants.

There are only 2 things I can say to mitigate how negative this review is: (1 The roofer told us that there had been a time when Chris had been very reliable and he could not understand the change. (2 Brian was always very polite.

Atlas Chimney was great to work with! From my initial contact to set up the appointment to the completion of inspection and cleaning. Chris was prompt, polite and answered all of my questions. We now know our fireplace is clean and safe to use in the upcoming winter months. Thank you Atlas Chimney, we are happy to share our experience and recommend you to our friends.

I’m very happy with the chimney cap for our cabin that Brian from Atlas Chimney installed. Chris got Brian to come out to give us an estimate the same day i called and he came and installed it two days later on a Saturday. They are a locally owned company. The pricing was very fair and the work and communication was excellent. I would definitely use them again for any chimney/fireplace related issues. I called another “local” company I found online and it was basically an overseas call center that paired me up with some random chimney company that quoted me 3x the cost for what Atlas chimney quoted us. I can’t recommend Atlas Chimney enough.

Had them inspect and clean the fireplace and chimney. They were readily available, profesional and quick. Did a great job. Coming from a place where wood burning fireplaces are used heavily for 6 months of the year and 2-3 chords are burned for heat annually I found the $1,400 bill for inspection, cleaning and insect treatment a bit steep but maybe that is the local market?

Jonathan came out on a Sunday. He was on time, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The before/after pics of the dirty/clean chimney...wow! He also repaired an outside area near the roof/chimney, allowing a slow leak inside the chimney. Highly recommended.

Johnny was exceptional. I had concerns about the air ducts, cleaning, and how that impacted the AC unit. He came within 12 hours of calling, provided transparent pricing, as well as professional recommendations based on what he saw. He was able to schedule the actual service within 1-2 business days which exceeded my expectations and delivered a service exactly as promised. I could not recommend more!!!!

When we learned of mold issues in our 3 AC units, Fresh Flow came right out and took care of the problem with cleaning and adding AV lights. They were easy to work with, arrived when promised, communicated promptly and guaranteed their work.

A1 chimney blew me away Tal and Rotem were so polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and left my chimney spotless true Texas hospitality!

This company is not prepared. Needed my fireplace cleaned. A guy came out completely unprepared. No throw covers on the floor no vac. He looked said $250 to clean and another $250 to Cement a few bricks. He was using an electric drill with a brush that hardly had any brussels. After about 5 minutes the battery died. I watched this guy literally sitting on my fireplace on his phone for over 10min. He didn't even have a spare battery. Not going to pay someone almost $500 to play on there phone. I told him to leave. Calling someone else.

Tech was polite but didn’t know what he was doing. It’s taken 4 visits and it is still not done . Last scheduled visit was a no show wasting my day and after I reached out they had the audacity to say they’d be by on Sunday like I have nothing better to do than just wait around. They do not know how to repair electrical/ propane FP.
