Shon came to clean my chimney and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and made sure to explain everything along the way. I was amazed at the amount of creosote that came down from the flue into the fireplace, I never realized how much buildup there could be. Shon explained how important regular cleanings are for both safety and performance, and I’m really glad I had it taken care of.
