Fuse was quick to come out and give an estimate for the materials and work that needed to be done to install a range hood vent (and all the work needed to vent it outside). Highly professional guys that completed the work quickly and left the house clean.

Alex was prompt and friendly. Fuse was able to make a same day appointment. The problem was diagnosed and the needed part was ordered, and installed the next week. We would definitely call Fuse again in the future!

AC went out on Memorial Day - Fuse Technicians were quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. They could have told me anything and charged for parts I didn’t need; I wouldn’t have known the difference. Loose wire fixed, and they were out the door. Thank you!

I booked an oven installation at 3pm and they came at 7pm—4 hours late. They started looking at the wiring and speaking to each other in a language I didn’t understand, and when I asked them questions about the work they would have to do they *completely* ignored me. I had to physically stand in their way as they were leaving the kitchen to get an answer about what was going on. Finally they told me they needed to replace the breaker and connect the wire to a new power source. They continued not speaking to me or giving me any updates while they were working. The electrical work seems to be fine, but then when they put the oven into the opening, they didn’t say anything to me about the fact that the new oven was not a perfect fit and would require some spacers to secure it. I would expect them to speak to me about this during the process, and also to bring the materials needed to fit the oven into the opening. I am now left with an oven that could fall into the kitchen and I have to pay someone else on top of the $400 I already paid Fuse to actually finish the job.

Fuse HVAC did an amazing job on my Mitsubishi mini-split install. They arrived on time, cleaned up the space after they were done and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Our AC stopped cooling Sunday night. I called Fuse Austin Monday mid-morning, and Ali from Fuse was on site within 2 hours. He explained the issue, showed me how he knew the he had found the problem, and the house was cooling off within an hour. I appreciated the detailed explanation, which included the use of a multimeter and the defective part. Our AC system is close to 20 years old, and when it kicks the bucket we will be calling Fuse Austin to help with the replacement.

Our Bosch dishwasher was throwing an error code and had been out of use for a few weeks. I finally called Fuse! Alex was extremely courteous, explained the problem, and fixed it, all within a couple of hours. Rates & warranty are extremely fair, I highly recommend their services.
Dispatcher was also very courteous when I needed to re-schedule.

Our furnace went down on one of the coolest days of the year so far. I submitted a service request very early in the morning on Yelp, and Fuse responded very quickly. Ali came out shortly after, found the issue and was able to fix it. We are finally starting to warm up and are very grateful for everything Fuse did for us today.

My business needed a mini split ac unit completely replaced and Fuse was incredibly responsive, professional and did their work QUICKLY!! I was impressed by how clean they were, not leaving traces they were there behind.

Rare to find an HVAC company that you can count on being honest, the average homeowner not knowing the difference between a condenser and a compressor. Y'all gave us arrival texts, let us know when you were coming, came out on short notice going into a holiday weekend. Very happy. Highly recommend Fuse HVAC!

They came out same day and early. The drain clean process was easy and the technician explained each step what he was doing and also gave me valuable tips to keep the drain cleaned. I’m very much appreciative for their promptness and for tips. Will absolutely call them again.

Had a really great experience with Fuse! They came out the next day to give me a quote after I called and gave me me multiple quotes that same day. After I accepted the quote they were able to come install the mini split within two days. They showed up on time, and did an amazing job -- left the cables very nice and organized outside. Would absolutley hire again.

Gary and his team were EXCELLENT Hvac vendors. From our very first contact, he was straightforward and clear about the pricing, installation, and timeline. This was our first project installing mini-splits and we had to coordinate installation around other vendors (drywall, electrical) and he was endlessly gracious answering questions. After the job ended, he provided us with the information to register the products and we had trouble on the manufacturer's website and when we reached out to Gary to ask for help, Fuse registered the products on our behalf. Gary and his team went over and above to make sure our project was executed smoothly and with the highest level of professionalism. Thank you!

Fuse’s customer service is excellent. Our Samsung oven made a loud pop and would not heat any longer. Fuse was able to come out same day. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and kept us updated about its arrival. Once the part arrived, they sent a technician out after hours without an after hours fee and made the repair quickly. The oven worked well for several days, but then an error code occurred and the oven began getting very hot, smelled like burning, and would not turn off and had to be unplugged. They offered to come out next day without extra charge. They came out, assessed, and made sure things were working well. However, when we tried the oven again later, the same error occurred. We let them know we would have to purchase another oven at this point, they were willing to provide a partial refund, which was very professional. They also gave great advice about future purchases and what to look out for. Thank you Fuse for your incredible customer service. They communicated excellently, provided status updates, and arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Called them when our heating suddenly stopped working. They came within about an hour and diagnosed the issue - broken gas valve in the furnace. They quoted a reasonable price and I agreed. They came back the next day and fixed the issue.
Really happy with the service and will rely on them for HVAC issues going forward.

Fuse installed our new range hood and I was impressed with them from start to finish. The technicians were professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Even when there was an issue with aligning the existing exhaust duct with the new unit, they worked through that and got the unit installed. Everything works perfectly, and they even took the time for me to test it before they left. I was impressed with the quality of their work and would recommend them.

My central air stopped blowing cold right in the middle of July heatwave. OMG my air conditioning repair with these guys was lifesaver!! It was 103 degrees and my upstairs unit just quit. Called around and everyone else was booked 4-5 days out but they squeezed me in same day. Technician showed up wearing booties (so polite) and diagnosed fried compressor in like 15 min. He had the part on his truck and fixed it in under two hours. House was cooling down before he even left. Best air conditioning repair experience I've ever had, hands down!!!

These hvac contractors are the real deal. My old unit was making horrible grinding noises and leaking water everywhere. Three different companies told me I needed full replacement ($12k+). UrbanCold came out, spent almost two hours diagnosing, and fixed it with a new blower motor and some coil cleaning for under $900. Been running perfectly for 6 weeks now. Honest hvac contractors still exist apparently!

Just had a complete new system put in by their hvac installers and I'm blown away. They removed my 20-year-old builder-grade unit and installed a high-efficiency variable speed one. The crew was here exactly at 7:30am both days, worked straight through, and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. My electric bill dropped $80 the first month.
