The real name of this "switch and bait" company is "The steamers". They use names like "Austin air duct cleaning" or "Texas air duct" just because they have so many bad reviews all over the internet.
The owner name is Lior Levi and he is leading a corrupt and twisted business scaring innocent consumers
Telling them they have Mold in their air duct or Ac unit so he can upsale his coupons Groupons ridiculous prices to hundreds and also thousands of dollars more.
I called Austin air duct cleaning and a tattooed guy name Eric showed up lying to my wife freaking her out
of dangerous black mold in my air vent and from $75 for unlimited vent cleaning deal he estimated over a thousand dollars. He left a yellow invoice the name of the company is "The Steamers" and on the Groupon
the name is "Texas air duct".
Do your self a favor and do not under any circumstances call this company. Save your self this money and call a professional company. You will pay more but it's worth every penny and you get a real honest and reliable service and not a fake salesman.

After they were done, having clean air to breathe was such a pleasure. They performed brilliantly and were quite professional. Once they arrived, my allergies have been significantly improved.

Best service I had for a very long time! the tech was very kind, he explaind me all about the process. After finding mold in my duct he did a mold treatment. He gave me a 2 year warranty and told me that if Ill see mold, just call the office and they will come and clean my ducts for free.

I am pretty upset about my entire experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for a deep clean of my air ducts as well as dryer vent cleaning. The technician texted me to let me know he was on his way, except that my appointment was scheduled for a different day. I worked around it and said it was fine. When he arrived I was immediately told that the $59 per vent price that I was quoted was going to be more because he had to do some kind of additional chemical treatment for my fiberglass ductwork. The technician used a drill/brush and sort of a vacuum technique. It was a small shop vacuum and hose and shoddy looking brush, and there was debris left all over the place. The only thing it really accomplished was to kick up all the dust and send it all into my home, so now the air quality in my home is worse than before. (Edit: now the next morning and my nose is completely stuffed up and my throat hurts.) Then he used this spray paint can for mold treatment and sprayed inside the vents, which probably cost $10 at Home Depot (not a professional chemical treatment). The spray got all over my house, on pretty much every horizontal surface around the vent areas, and so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning up the debris and the sticky white powder and it's still stuck all over my floors and on my stovetop. So I paid over $600 for my vents to not be 100% clean (due to my fiberglass ducts) plus I had to clean my whole house afterward. The vacuum hose that he dragged through my house scuffed up all of my walls, so now I also have a new project to clean and touch up my wall paint. The technician told me that he was not an employee of the company but was actually an independent technician contracted out by the company, so I have no idea who it really was that I was paying, and during the checkout process the payment processor was prompting me to leave a tip! Outrageous. I've never been asked to tip on home services like this. If you feel like you're not making enough money, increase your prices but don't expect me to tip on an already expensive project. Also the technician pulled my dryer away from the wall, then said he couldn't move it, so he accessed the dryer vent from inside my attic. Well, I ran a load in the dryer after he left, and I had hot wet air all over my bathroom, so it must have gotten disconnected when he tried to pull it out. This company will definitely be getting a phone call from me tomorrow.

I hired the steamers to clean the air ducts and the dryer vent at one of my properties, schedule was easy and fast they came out on time and the technician was very nice and polite he took the time to explain me and to show me pictures before and after .

I wish that I read through these reviews more thoroughly before calling them for service. Seems like these are all fake and/or paid reviews. Another red flag is that when I was calling for dryer vent cleaning, almost all the other companies said it would be about a week to get someone out where as Nonstop could get someone out the next morning.

Anyways, my dryer gave a code that it was 90% clogged which is why I started looking for dryer vent cleaning services. These guys show up and are out and done within 10 minutes for $99 before tax. They just used a drill with an attachment you can buy on Amazon to clean. I inquired on how they could do it so fast and said that I would need another service to do the full cleaning since they did not have a ladder to get to the outside dryer vent.

Again, they rushed out before I could even test the dryer again and sure enough, it still says the dryer vent is clogged. They have not gotten back to me which is why I am writing this review.

Please avoid this company at all cost and pay the few extra dollars for a more reliable company. Take your time to read reviews and scan through the website. This was a total waste of money and time.
