As always our service was excellent. Our technician Tyson was great and took time to explain every detail and even gave some great advice regarding our fireplace. Thank you, as always looking forward to service again next year.

Being a central Texas native, I know that cold weather days are few and far between. So when my fire place was acting up I called Top Hat and they sent over Tyson. He politely educated me on the proper use of our type of fire place to get the most out of it while avoiding common mistakes and misuse. Thanks to Tyson and Top Hat, my family and I can enjoy our fire place for the handful of upcoming days of fireplace weather.

David Spooner and Anthony Navarro came out this morning and started right in with cleaning all of our vents, air ducts, and chimney (which is not an easy process because we have a two story home with an 18 foot ceiling). They were very professional and courteous. They explained the process and we had them take photos inside of our vents for us to be able to see any problems that needed to be addressed. Thank you all for another awesome job! We feel better knowing what is up there and that it is clean and our chimney is safe. We would absolutely recommend them and we will definately be using their services again. Great job!!!

Anthony came out today to service our chimney. First time we’ve had it serviced and a long time. He communicated very well. In fact, the entire team from scheduling to on-site service, the communication was top-notch. I highly recommend Top Hat.

The technician Anthony was very thorough knowledgeable. Not only cleaning out my vents but helped identify the cause of my buildup and offered solutions to prevent it reoccurring in the future.

Prompt, professional, pleasant service. Tyson shared information we needed to know about a gas fireplace we had not used yet but did not overwhelm with technical jargon. We discussed product and service options, but Tyson was not at all pushy. He was also low-key but firm about the wisdom of doing dryer vent cleaning, based on what he observed. We would definitely use Top Hat again and ask for Tyson!

Love getting a live person when I call to schedule. Scheduling was easy. I lucked out getting a same day appointment after my appliance guy said it’s the vent clogged not a dryer issue. The guys called as promised before arriving. Nothing but kind, considerate, and respectful.

We called for a dryer vent cleaning, as it had been a couple of years. Tyson came by and did a great job. He was informative and got the work done in less time than he thought it would take. At the end, he clearly explained what he saw and did for us. I highly recommend Top Hat.

Someone else and they got it working in 15 minutes. Been on for 4 hours now.
