I had a very disappointing experience with this company, particularly with the technician named Chris who came to clean the ducts. He was extremely pushy about upselling additional services. When I firmly declined, he abruptly stopped the duct cleaning mid-way and left the dryer duct unsealed.

A few days later, my bathroom vent began leaking. After investigating, I discovered that the duct had not been properly sealed during his visit, resulting in further damage and unexpected repair costs.

This company comes off as very commercial and aggressive in pushing unnecessary services. I urge others to be cautious — their practices feel deceptive and unprofessional. Beware of these tactics and avoid if you’re looking for honest service.
