We decided to use this company to clean our AC after we saw good reviews. They charged us $1364 for cleaning two ACs, average-size house, regulars ACs. The Tech promised us to clean everything, especially the inside coil. Although we felt we were ripped off, we thought it's fine if you can clean our AC completely. Slow and no reply on our questions after he took the check. After he cleaned the ACs, we still have the unpleasant smell from ACs in our house. We were tired of the cleaning and decided to just replace our AC. We were shocked to see how our inside AC units look like after they were taken off. The pictures tell everything. No wonder they still smell even after we paid $1364. He didn't clean the coil at all which we asked him to do and he promised us many times he did. The worst service ever!!!

Had them out to clean chimney and it was an advertise special $99. For inspection and cleaning. They came and vacuumed. My fireplace did inspection said they would clean 5 feet and then charge me an additional 299 to do the entire chimney. Nowhere in Their advertisement did it state only 5 feet. It stated chimney. And I don’t feel like they got five feed done with a vacuum and no brush or broom. So this to me is false advertising. So I paid $107 for someone to vacuum out my fireplace and look for imperfections.
