SCAM, showed us a picture with mold. After we declined their “upgrade” one tech grabbed my chair and sat down and played on his phone while the other one climbed in my attic. We had a legitimate HVAC company come out the NEXT DAY and show an actual pic of the very clean plenum. They also didn’t seal the plenum correctly after “cleaning” it which cost us $700 to have properly resealed. Do yourself a favor and call an HVAC company.
