I had to reschedule the appointment several times due to ongoing remodeling, and Shawn was always flexible and understanding. When the team finally came out, I couldn’t be there, but my dad was at the house. He told me that at first, he wasn’t sure that duct cleaning really made a difference, but after watching Jace and the crew work so hard, he was impressed with how thorough they were. The team did an amazing job—the vents were so dirty before, but after the cleaning, they looked completely new! This definitely saved us a lot of money since we didn’t have to replace all 21 vents. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning service to anyone in Austin looking for a fresh start in their home.

I had my air ducts and vents cleaned after some recent renovation work. Since the house is older and the ducts had never been cleaned before, I wanted to make sure the job was done right. When I called to schedule, the intake person carefully asked about the history of my place to make sure they could handle the cleaning properly. The crew, Shawn and Jace, arrived on time and were very polite and respectful while working. They did a thorough job getting rid of all the dust and debris from the ducts, and they worked efficiently without causing any disruption. With the hot Texas weather, it's great to have clean air flowing through the house now. I feel it was definitely money well spent.

I recently had my intake air duct cleaned by Best Austin Air Duct Care after my AC company recommended them. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment, everyone was very professional and helpful. Oliver and William arrived right on time and even gave me a call to let me know they had reached my place in Austin. They were careful when removing my vent cover, which was stuck because it had been painted over. They made sure not to damage anything and put the cover back perfectly—you can’t even tell it was ever taken off. The whole team did a thorough job cleaning my air ducts and made sure everything was tidy before they left. Overall, I was very happy with how smooth the process was and how professional everyone was. I would definitely call them again for air duct cleaning, and I recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service in Austin. I didn't compare prices with other companies, but I felt the cost was fair for the quality of work.

Nature's Own cleaned my chimney, replaced cracked panels, painted the panels, and installed a gas kit. Dustin was on time, respectful, very fast, and walked me through how to use it. Highly recommend!

Having a lot of creosote on the walls of a chimney is a recipe for causing dangerous chimney fires. Since September of last year, every time I'd go visit my parents, I would ask them if they got their chimney cleaned and they would tell me that they were going to take care of it soon. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I want my parents to be around to play with their grandchildren!

So, I called Nature's Own Chimney and scheduled the cleaning of the chimney in my parent's house. They did an awesome job and were really great about patiently explaining the importance of regular chimney maintenance to my parents, who, in my opinion, can be a little abrasive at times. The folks from Nature's Own Chimney were on time and professional, and provided their services at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased with them.

Nature's Own Chimney cleaning service was the best I have ever used! I called them in a panic a few weeks ago, after my chimney was clogged. Apparently I had a few wild life buddies stuck in there. This is my first house with a chimney so I was kind of nervous going into this. Natures Own made me feel confident in my choice and took the time to answer all of my questions, even the silly ones. They were fast to respond and came out the next day. They showed up to my house on time and got everything done pretty fast. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and polite. The price was awesome, and they did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They are now my go to people for my chimney woes. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know!

He took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions, and even waited patiently while I finished up a work call so he could explain some maintenance issues with the fireplace. Amazing, this company lives up to the standards it sets. My chimney had been clogged because of the fireplace my family had set during the holiday's. The problems arose when, naively, I assumed I could clean it all by myself using a single broom. Naturally what ended happening was a chimney that was 1% cleaner and a room filled with soot. There was a chimney shop in my vicinity so I decided that they would suffice. Needless to say, a day after ordering the service they arrived 8 hours late and, even though I had explained the situation beforehand, charged me extra for the room. Not a good experience. Thankfully, while browsing the area I came upon a company with a peculiar name Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning. Upon my arrival I noticed a couple of phenomena, first, they had stunning customer service, and second, very organized (as if they knew what you were they for before uttering a single word). They entire start-up took less than an hour. The cost was lower than usual, no complaint there. Overall, it was shocking how fast and efficient they were at their business. High marks are definitely in order and a recommendation for usage, if it already wasn't implicitly stated above, is a resounding yes. A good company, affirmative, yet a minimization.

This was an excellent experience, from what was going to be a tough task. I had no idea where to go for Chimney Cleaning - but I knew I had to pick someone good. A friend recommended Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning and I could NOT BE HAPPIER! They did such an incredible job. I feel happy, safe and am proud of what they did for me.

5 stars for the work done! They were knowledgeable and kind. They arrived promptly and even called when they were only going to be running ten minutes behind. Great guys! They took pictures and showed me all of the work they had done and we were very satisfied with the work. We felt confident they knew exactly what they were doing and had the experience to execute the projects.
5 stars for the amazing ladies who answer the phone! They are always so sweet. I had to reschedule due to a family situation and they were always very sweet and accommodating. Just the best customer service from these ladies.

Now, I did have a problem with some billing issues that were resolved after some hassle, but they were resolved and that’s all I expected.
The manager did call me to right the wrong which was huge in my book. I do wish he would have called me back because I left multiple messages to speak to him directly and not just because I left a bad review but I will take what I can get. In this day and age not many companies do take the time to right a wrong.
And even though I left multiple messages there is a chance they weren’t forwarded to him or my review was forwarded to him before my messages were. Who knows? He called and was kind and genuinely wanted to know what happened and how we could fix it. Fantastic customer service again!

All in all, we were happy with the work and impressed with the flexibility and attitude of this company!

This is the best chimney cleaning service I have ever seen. Their service and customer relationship is top-notch. After the job, they were able to explain some of the causes and ways I could prevent my chimney from getting messed up easily. They are the best and I can boldly recommend them to anyone.

This is the 2nd year we've used Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning. They are very professional and you feel like they're family coming in to take care of a problem. We've already told our neighbors about them and will use them again next year!

Nature’s Own, specifically Marcelo is great. We had him out to our house to remove a bad gas set and rebuild the back wall of our fireplace. He was really kind, cleaned up, and helped explain the work and all of the components we needed to get things up and running again.

Our technician, Zack was great. He was quick, pleasant and professional. He also made a great recommendation regarding the type of roof vent that would work best for the way our dryer and vent are configured.

Called them out for inspection & cleaning. Did a thorough job. Told me my interior fireplace walls had cracked and my flashing was gone. They came back out and replaced everything. We followed their directions, but noticed cracks again. They promptly came and replaced the facade again, no charge. I'm calling them tomorrow, to go take care of my Father-in-laws fireplace.

My chimney was so filthy from years of soot build up and I needed someone to clean it out before I renovated my living room. Now that all the renovations is done, I can enjoy my clean chimney with my family and have a nice warm fire going. This company offers the best price and are reliable! Thank you Nature's Own!!

Marcello did a good job repairing our fireplace, even though he had to change strategy midway through when the panels were different than expected. He was polite and answered all my questions and kept the space around the fireplace clean.

My wife hired this company in Nov 2021, but I was home the day they scheduled to clean and inspect our chimney. We have owned our home since 2018 and never had the chimney cleaned, though we made maybe a dozen or so fires in it over the years. Based on the look of the interior I doubt it had been cleaned in many years, and our home inspection when we our purchased the home in 2018 suggested we get it professionally cleaned.

The worker was nice enough, but did a really poor job. He was here and gone in less than 10 mins, and half of that time was he and I speaking. His ladder never left the truck, he didn’t do any inspection on the outside/exterior, and most definitely didn’t clean the flue in any way either. I never saw a brush or any kind of cleaning apparatus other than a shop vac come into the home.

The whole visit went as such: He arrived. We chatted about the chimney for 2-3 mins, he brought in his shop vac and started to work. I stepped out of the room to finish some dishes in the kitchen. By the time I finished dishes from breakfast and came back to see what he was up to, he was already out of the room, shop vac back in the truck, and he was waiting on my front porch ready to get paid.

So basically I paid this company $162.38 to shop vac any dust and soot from the bottom of my fireplace. After speaking with friends and relatives who have employed chimney sweeps I realized all of the things that were NOT performed at my home that he should have done. I hope people read this before hiring this company and wasting their money! Go somewhere else for sure. I will definitely NEVER hire Natures Own Chimney again.

Marcello was on time, very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection and presented options for the needed repairs. I will use Nature's Own for the repairs and will have them back next year for an annual cleaning. Highly recommend.
