I had a bad experience with a different company wanting a chimney inspection. Marcello with Nature's Own was absolutely what I was looking for. Professional, courteous. Went out of his way to address any concern I had. Wonderful customer service. Would use again.

Who would have thought it was such an ordeal to get your chimney cleaned? After having gone through the whole phone book I finally came across Nature's Own Chimney CLeaning. Right from the get go, their sales reps were friendly and answered all my questions and provided me with the best rates in town. When their tech came out, he was very professional, and made sure that my flooring was covered and that everything was safe and sound. The whole thing took less than an hour, and the amount of gunk that he was able to clean out of the flue was both amazing and disgusting. Had I known what type of fire hazard was lurking I would have had this done YEARS ago. Thank you again for the professional service. My family and I both feel safer, and happier. Totally recommend them!

I really liked our technician and we have no issues with any of the repair work on the chimney but I'm giving them 3 stars because I think their dryer vent cleaning process needs some work. He only used the brushes from the exhaust side and we have a really long run from the dryer to the exterior vent. We ran our dryer today, 2 days after he cleaned the vents, and continue to get a flow sense error related to a clogged vent. I pulled the dryer out and went in with a wire hanger and removed 3 handfuls of lint so it's very clear that the rods do not reach all the way from the outside so I think they should run the rods from each side or if the rods can't handle an immediate sharp turn, maybe there's another tool they can use, like a pipe augur.

I'm now having to buy my own solution to try and clean from the dryer side right after paying a decent chunk of money to have them do it (we're still getting the error so I'm sure there's more in there that the hanger couldn't reach).

What's especially frustrating is that I specifically asked about this while the tech was here because I didn't buy that he could get all the way to the dryer from the exterior and he assured me the rods would reach.

I had Marcello at my home for an inspection and cleaning. He was kind and quick. My fireplace has a couple cracks that need repair. He gave me a quote and I was able to schedule a repair before he left. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Nature's Own re service and made an appointment, but was able to fix my gas log fireplace myself. Kacie was amazing to deal with. She was gracious, personable and most professional. I've dealt with some surly customer service reps lately, so her excellence makes her an incredible exception! (and worthy of a bonus/raise soon ?)! Thanks, TC

Manuel & Dustin are pros!! They came by and fixed our fireplace with no hassle. Very nice gentleman and very professional. They explained exactly how to use it and trouble it as well. On top of that, they helped us a bit around the house before they left. We just moved into our new home and the extra hands were definitely needed and appreciated. Thanks Manuel and Dustin! I hired Nature's Own for my annual chimney cleaning/inspection. Marcello friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. He even took a picture of how my fireplace was styled so that he could put everything back exactly where it was originally! I loved the attention to detail and going that extra mile.

The called me back and offered to come out and clean my chimney for the discounted price to make right what happened. On Tuesday my fiance was at home to meet with the technician and said that he did a great job and was very thorough in explaining and everything he did. He didn't leave any mess. I am very pleased with the service and will likely use them again after seeing how they do respect their customers. I spoke with multiple people on the phone as well and they gave great service and care to our situation. Thank you Nature's Own for standing up and fixing the mistake.

Highly recommended. Fast, effective and professional team. They arrived quickly after my phone and dealt with everything very professionally and effectively. They have also always been very helpful with information. My chimney was so filthy from years of soot build up for which I needed someone to clean it out before I renovated my living room. After the recent tornado we had damage to our chimney and flue. Marcello and Laramie were able to completely repair the damage and rebuild the flue. They even repaired damage missed by prior inspectors on the spot. We didn't have to reschedule to complete the additional work. They were super professional and patient with all our questions, documenting every step of the process via pictures texted to us. I highly recommend Marcello and Laramie for anything fireplace related. They are very knowledgeable. We will request them by name when it's time to have cleaning done!

Our chimney was in need of a good cleaning and inspection so I did some research and found some great reviews on Nature's own chimney cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for the following week . I received a reminder the day before and a call before they arrived. Technicians Brandon and Patrick were our techs. Patrick was the cleaner, he was very careful setting up his equipment and taking the time to explain what the process was and everything they would be doing. He was thorough and extremely detailed. Brandon was doing the inspection around the top of the fireplace on the roof where he did reveal a few dangerous issues that we are having repaired. I am so thankful for all the care and work that Brandon and Patrick did protentally keeping us from a serious accident in the future.

Terrible experience! Our fireplace was making the house smoky so we hired Natures Own to fix it. They came out twice and both times they made the smoke issue WORSE. The tech also made a terrible mess in the house and cleaned out his mortar bucket on my decorative rock landscaping. I had had enough and requested a refund since all they did was make things worse, and they Absolutely refused. The only thing they would offer is to extend the length of the chimney for better smoke draw. Since they refused to give any reimbursement, I agreed but I shouldn't have. The tech placed his ladder on the edge of our skylight and now we have multiple cracks in the ceiling!

I found this company through online reviews and very pleased with the work they performed! I had part of the chimney rebuilt, inner steel liner installed and point entire chimney. They were prompt, professional and excellent work! They cleaned up afterward where you would never know there were any construction work done prior! Jordan was great , he remembered all tasks we discussed during our consultations and completed them all.

Very happy with Nature's Own work. Marcello did a wonderful job of installing a new hearth kit for my gas fireplace, which needed some additional parts due to the kit setup versus my gas line. Marcello also helped me understand how to turn on, light, and turn off the line, as well as how to properly set up the steel wool in order to replicate embers. I'll definitely reach out to Nature's Own again for any future fireplace needs.

Poor experience. Chimney clean was fast and not thorough. Kept saying our chimney wasn’t safe to use and quoted thousands to fix. Ended up hiring another company for a second opinion the next week and they showed me video of the poor cleaning job done, fixed it and showed before and afters, and spent a while inspecting it and said it was good to go. Wouldn’t hire these guys again.

First time Chimney owner here and I didn't realized I need to have it clean and inspected once in a while. Zack was super helpful educating me on what I need to look out for in the future. He was quick and professional! Price was as expected and reasonable when I was comparing costs.

All the great reviews are deserved. Marcelo and Josh showed up today to clean my chimney. After several bad experiences with other companies, I was so happy to have a great experience. They took their time to explain how the fireplace in our new home worked and how to care for it. They were amazingly nice and efficient. Roy and the Nature’s Own team were professional, insightful, and exceeded my expectations on the demo and rebuild of our chimney framing, and chase top replacement.

It started with the inspection/assessment where Zach uncovered two critical fire hazard and stability issues that went unnoticed by another prominent Austin based chimney company. Catching these issues is what initially sold me on Nature’s Own.

On day of installation, the team showed up on time, were thorough, cleaned up after the job, and came in at the quoted price. The owner, Roy, personally called me after the job to confirm everything met expectations.

I highly recommend this company and will use them for all chimney work moving forward.

UPDATE: Hired another company to inspect the Fireplace. There is a leak that has been there a long time and should have been found by this company. The Chimney is very dirty and looks like it has never been cleaned. I have never used the Fireplace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to clean the chimney and do a thorough inspection. After the guy cleaned the chimney, he was going to leave without cleaning the mess he made in the fireplace but I called him on it and he cleaned it. Also, the Flue does not seem to be closing properly, if he had done a thorough inspection as he stated, he would have noticed something about this. I didn't notice this until winter came. They want to charge me again to come out for something that should have been done when I paid them the first time. Terrible.
