We called on Nature’s Own to come out and clean the dryer vents at our hotel. ZACK showed up early, was polite and professional, and did a thorough job. He left no mess and was very informative as to how the process worked as well as the typical frequency of the service. I will call on them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing services like this. GREAT COMPANY!

Nature’s Own Chimney Sweep staff could have not been more professional! From scheduling the appointment through paying for the service, every single person was absolutely the best. Pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient; they even spent time at the end of the service to explain current building codes so I understand the need for upgrades. We will be calling Nature’s Own when we do our remodel so that moving forward, we are safe. Thanks Nature’s Own!!!

So the challenges persist from Natures own Chimney cleaning company. It was discovered by another chimney company that my $1700 dampener replacement did not include a mortar repair on the top of my chimney and it not include a chimney cap. I am stunned at the unprofessional installation and the audacity of the company to tell me that they charge $150 house call to repair their own mistakes after the 1 year warranty period. Avoid this company at all costs.

I would like to thank Dustin and Zack of Nature's Own Chimney for doing such an amazing job installing our new fireplace. They took the time to talk with us and explain the steps of the install.
They were a pleasure to work with and showed a great deal of patience dealing with the other contractors involved in our fireplace build. I would recommend Nature's Own Chimney for your installation needs and we plan to have them back for any future maintenance of our fireplace.

Had them out recently for a chimney cap replacement and also a facelift on the interior fireplace box. They did a great job both times. Tech Zack was super helpful in explaining everything to me and going above and beyond with the chimney inspection to make sure everything was good to go.

Bobby, the technician for Nature’s Own came to our house to inspect and fix the problem we had with our chimney. He is very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, does a good job and even gives you recommendations.

We recently had our yard aerated and they did a great job! Bobby was on time and made sure to mark all the sprinklers prior to getting started. We have used Nature’s Own in the past and they have always been prompt, professional, and done great work for us!

We have used Nature’s Own for over 5 years now, and have always been happy with the service and professional staff. They inspect the whole fireplace and up, and with our nearly 50 year old house, keeping on top of things before any deterioration gets worse has kept us from having loosened fire brick issues. Bobby did quite a bit of sealing up gaps between the bricks and the metal today, climbing all the way inside the fireplace.

Bad experience with them. Terrible communication and terrible service.

I only went with Nature's Own Chimney because they said I could speak with the technician on the phone while they were inspecting/cleaning my chimney (I am out of town and had someone there to open the door). I had a few questions about the roof/chimney as I'm thinking about replacing my roof and/or siding. I made an appointment and they said I would receive a call when the technician was on the way.

Day of appointment: No call and just shows up. Okay that's fine maybe they were busy. I asked my house sitter to ask the technician to call me before/after they were done.

No call. Then I call the company back and they had it in there file to give me a call and she did not know why the technician did not call before or after. Nothing.

They have a cool portal to see the inspection and the notes with pictures! Awesome.

Pictures included a chimney with a fire and the notes said it's fine. I called and said I was unsatisfied with the service and at least wanted a prorated amount. Having heard anything. Avoid this company.
