I have used Facets of Austin multiple times.
In addition to her depth of knowledge, Kristina Hampton goes above and beyond to explain the products and make sure that we are satisfied with our choices. The products are great quality and I love the quality service of Kristina and the entire Facets Team. You can't put a price on that!

We recently remodeled two bathrooms. Overall, our experience with Facets of Austin was exceptional. I shopped at another large plumbing supplier and the experience with Facets of Austin was a night-and day difference. Their expertise, customer service, and wide selection of products made a daunting project enjoyable and stress-free.
What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional customer service. The design staff, particularly Terin L, are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and responsive. Terin took the time to understand my vision for the bathrooms, and presented me with multiple recommendations and suggestions. She showed me a wide range of products without any pressure, and patiently answered all my questions (of which I had many!).
I absolutely love my new bathroom, and it wouldn't have been possible without their help. Highly recommend!

BEST experience ever! There is no better place in Austin for plumbing fixtures and appliances. Huge shout out to Jamie for being so friendly and thoughtful and going above and beyond with everything. Stores like these are few and far between, and Facets gives me faith there's still real customer service out there. Beautiful showroom, wide selection of nearly everything you need for your kitchen and/or bathroom, and people who really care about their customers. We're a little sad our current remodel is almost over and we don't have too many more excuses to visit the showroom, but at least we have another bathroom remodel coming up pretty soon.

Mike, Kristina, Adam and team are amazing to work with. I use them almost exclusively for the appliances, plumbing fixtures, and hardware on the custom homes I build. When buildling a home you almost always run into issues (defective part, backordered items, etc.) but Facets always takes care of us even sometimes at their own cost. Many other vendors have tried to steal our business away from them but they can never compete with the service this team provides.

Not ideal if you need design guidance or help matching finishes. We brought in a sample of our polished brass finish and matched it to a faucet in the showroom. When we asked for help selecting coordinating accessories like drain covers and shower handles, we relied on the staff’s suggestions and placed the order.

When the items arrived, the finishes were noticeably different. Since they came from different manufacturers, the mismatch is understandable, but we were disappointed the staff didn’t mention this or offer alternative solutions.

If you already know exactly what you need, this place may work. Otherwise, I would not recommend visiting here.

Lots of sales, not a lot of service. Hard to work with when there are setup issues with ordered items or warranty issues on fixtures. E.g. I had to pay for a defective shower head twice (had to buy the replacement), then return defective head, then follow up for a credit to be issued.

Facets has a wide variety of products that suits the needs of any project size, style, or budget. Adam and Kristina are absolute rockstars. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and responsiveness is beyond most in the industry! I've had the pleasure of doing many projects with them over the years and they continue to be top tier partners!

Clayton and his crew did an outstanding job repairing our replacement of cast-iron sewer line. They were always punctual and professional about the job. Those guys are hard workers in order to be commended!

Our house had cast-iron pipes and it was time to replace them. After getting numerous quotes, Accurate Leak and Line was the most competitive and was the only one to come with a warranty.

After Clayton came out for the initial assessment, it was pretty seamless from end to end. Once we accepted the proposal, the job was scheduled to start within two weeks. As communicated the job took 15 working days to complete.

I would use them again, but I hope my brand new PVC pipes outlive me. Now I have piece of mind when using the bathroom or showering. Thanks!

I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line if you need to replace the cast iron sewer lines under your house. These folks did what they said they were going to do, and the plumbers were very communicative and upfront. They replaced lines coming from our kitchen and bathroom and added a tie in under the washer too. This work will cost you a bundle but I found their rates to be within 5K of other bids we received - they weren't the highest or the lowest either. I'll add that the final charge was what they bid.

Accurate was great! Exceptional service, great communication and quality of work. They made the process of replacing our plumbing system easy and affordable. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service! AL&L arrived at my home on extremley short notice to clear & diagnose our ancient (1956) sewer line. Clayton was punctual, professional & made us feel better about the state of this old house! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The cast iron drain pipes under my slab were failing and needed to be replaced. It was such a massive project that I started with 3 estimates but getting 7 (!!!) estimates after hearing suggestions from friends who had recently had the same work done. Accurate Leak and Line was recommended by two friends and had the lowest price by far without escalator clauses or disclaimers about potential upcharges. Clayton's estimate was the final price. Everything about the process including the negatives was explained in advance. All of my questions were answered timely and professionally. Two days of tunneling under the slab, two days of installing PVC pipes, a couple days waiting for the city plumbing inspector, and one more day to backfill the tunnels. The tunnelers put everything back together and were very conscientious in their clean up. Great communication and attitude from everyone on their entire staff. Accurate Leak and Line are total pros at replacing cast iron pipes.

Accurate Leak and Line was top notch to do business with. I am so happy that we did not continue with a local plumber that wanted to continue to fix issues with under the slab plumbing by chiseling holes through the foundation inside of our house. Clayton was awesome in doing the assessment of our repairs needed and easy to get a hold of if needed. Jacklyn in the office was always a pleasure to communicate with. The tunneling crew & Team Bravo were incredibly efficient in getting the required repairs done and seeing Billy Joe feed one of our donkeys a carrot from his mouth was a bonus! Also, Patrick came by a few times during project and was great to work with as well. Wish I would have gotten a hydrostatic test from these guys when we were in the option period of buying our house, but I learned a lesson for the future. I will happily recommend Accurate Leak & Line to anyone with plumbing repair needs.

Great experience all around with Accurate Leak and Line! Professional at every step from the initial sales consultation, scheduling the project and the team who fixed our plumbing issue ahead of the expected timeline. Hopefully we don't have a major plumbing project for some time, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

Would highly recommend! We compared 3 companies and Accurate came in with the best price and best service (lots of neighbors recommended them too). And Accurate went above and beyond to actually verify that we needed what we suspected that we needed. Excavation was 2 days, replacing cast iron pipes took 2 days (we had a working bathroom & kitchen by end of day 1), and back-fill took 1 day after we passed inspection. Crews were respectful and communicated well. Obviously we hope we only ever need to do this once but I'm glad to refer neighbors to them.

Had the old cast iron pipes in my house replaced, and I am very pleased with the service! Accurate Leak and Line did a great job from start to finish- they gave an honest recommendation/estimate, had good customer service, and finished the job efficiently without a hitch. It was also minimally invasive to my tenants, who stayed in the home throughout the process. I'm glad to have gotten this done and highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line.

The team at Accurate Leak and line were great . We had a significance issue and they were priced competitive, prompt, communicated through out the process , and were completed ahead of schedule ! Would use them for any issue !

I can’t even begin to tell you how fabulous Accurate Leak of Austin was. They came out in one day, while the other leak company’s would have taken over a week to get to us. On time, on bid, and even went above and beyond to fine our leak. Billy Joe was amazing in how he detected the leak. And I must add in record breaking time. Our water bill was hundreds of dollars by the time we were notified by water company. I will give this company my absolute highest recommendation. Thank you Accurate Leak.

These guys are legit and the real deal! Clayton came out to do an initial assessment and found the leak that two other plumbers could not find. Then he explained and prepared a fair proposal for the work that was needed. Jacklyn scheduled the work within 2 weeks of the assessment. When the guys came out, they were very courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. Pat led the crew of Billy Joe and Carlos to do a water line reroute. Let me tell you, these guys got to work and carefully analyzed the issue and made sure they isolated the problem. Billy Joe was a great teacher and mentor to Carlos who quickly picked up and ran with the work. They both made sure the entire work area was kept clean by creating an "isolation chamber" and keeping the dust from getting all over the place. At the end of the work, they cleaned up and left everything as it was before the work started. I appreciate the crew taking the time to find the specific problem so as to minimize the work needed. Although I needed a complete reroute of my hot water line through various rooms in my house, they made sure to minimize the number of cuts needed in the drywall. This is the second time I use Accurate Leak and Line to make major repairs in my home and would trust them again in the future. Great work guys, much appreciated!

Accurate Leak and Line have done some big jobs at my house. I had an issue that was not addressed during one of the jobs and Billy Joe came back to fix it free of charge. He was incredible to work with, friendly and honest. Highly recommend this team!
