Shawn and Hayden were great! They showed me exactly what happened(Fibre optic cable ripped into my sewer pipe) and were so professional. Felt very comfortable with their work and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this company!!

Had these folks replace all the drain pipes under our house in 2023. Had a break in the system - came out yesterday, determined it was within their 10 year!!!! warranty, emergency repair done 24 hours later. I've just showered and flushed my toilets in celebration. I will recommend them over and over to anyone in the Austin Metro area when they also have to have major plumbing work done (and they will, it's just a matter of when).

Accurate Leak & Line’s BRAVO Team Austin was outstanding. They handled a double reroute at my property and did it with impressive efficiency. The crew was clean, timely, and clearly knowledgeable about every step of the process. Beyond the technical work, they were enjoyable to work with — professional yet personable — and even went the extra mile by tracking down a DIY parts list with instructions and texting it to me after the job — a small gesture that showed they truly care beyond just finishing the work. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and highly recommend them.

Pat at Accurate Leak and Line was fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked through the inspection in just the right progression, from irrigation to under the house to the city meter, where he ultimately found the leak. I only wish I’d called Leak and Line sooner! Pat was super helpful, and now I have a solid plan in place to make sure this never happens again. Highly recommend.

The folks at Accurate were awesome! The bid was very competitive and their inspection prevented me from getting price gouged by another plumbing company. Highly recommend.

The service was easy to schedule. The workmen did a great job. They were courteous, on time and cleaned up after the job was done. I only wish they had sent pictures of the completed work prior to covering up the repaired system.

After contacting 3 other plumbers besides Accurate Leak & Line, I will assure you that this company was the most reasonably priced by thousands of dollars, they were pleasant, they were professional, and they were fast and thorough. I did not feel like they were trying to swindle us or be dishonest. From the moment we had them come out to our home to inspect the job on a Monday, to the time they left with the job completed on Wednesday afternoon- they were everything you would want in a good plumber.
They got (what I would consider) a massive job completed in less than a day. I would 100% call them in the future for any plumbing issues I have. I would give them 10/10 stars no doubt. I am a very happy customer. -
Accurate excavated & replaced our cast-iron sewer line with PVC after tree root incursion. This was a major, unplanned repair for us, and I'm glad we found Accurate.
The quote we got from another company was over twice as expensive as the quote from Accurate, and included added fees per foot if they hit rock during the excavation. Clayton from Accurate came out to do a free inspection for us. He quoted us about 40% of the other company with no added fees if rock was hit (he told us we were almost certainly on rock based on where we are in town). We felt much more comfortable that we were getting information we could trust and a reasonable quote from Accurate than the other guys.
The repair process was seamless, and Accurate was communicative throughout. They showed up when they said they would, and our project was completed within two weeks. -
I would recommend this company any day over any other plumbing and tunneling company. Prior to going with them I had reached out to several plumbing companies. All of them were not only more expensive, they were not fully transparent. Accurate leak looked at their diagnostics quoted me based on what they thought was correct price and proceeded. They did good work. they did dig a 40 feet tunnel under my home, their estimates were reasonable. Infarct we discovered some issues under a branch line which was not in original scope of work during pressure test. Pat, their plumber who is very good came out did his diagnosis gave me a price and did all the work to fix the branch line. I would recommend them any day over any other company out there.

Accurate Leak and Line recently replaced our cast iron pipes and did an amazing job. From start to finish, their professionalism is unsurpassed. They provided us with the best bid along with a straight forward contract. Their excavation team was super efficient and left the job site spotless. Their plumbing team was fantastic and kept us updated. I couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend them!

Accurate Leak and Line and particularly Patrick was exceptional to work with. We had a camera inspection done by another company that recommended quite an expensive and extensive fix, but Patrick recommended an isolation test to make sure we were getting to the root cause of the issue.
Sure enough, the fix while still expensive wasn't quite as extensive as originally thought which was great. Really appreciate Patrick's candor and expertise. All the crew that wre onsite for the various stages were great too.
There was a minor persistent complication that arose as well, but Patrick never gave a bad attitude about it and made sure it was fully addressed. -
I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work completed by Accurate Leak and Line. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Everything was delivered on time as promised, which I truly appreciated.
The communication throughout the project was outstanding—I was kept informed every step of the way with transparent updates about progress and any decisions that needed to be made. This level of openness made me feel confident and involved in the process.
The pricing was fair and honest, with no hidden costs or surprises. I felt I received excellent value for my investment.
Beyond the technical quality of the work, what really stood out was the professionalism and reliability. Responses were prompt, questions were answered thoroughly, and there was a genuine commitment to making sure I was happy with the results.
I would highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with such trustworthy and dependable service. -
My expectation was that Accurate Leak and Line would perform all required services as a one-stop shop i.e., tunneling and plumbing. In addition to tunneling and pipe repair, my drainage system also required hydro-jetting, and Accurate Leak and Line doesn't perform hydro-jetting, so I had to schedule another plumber separately. Regarding service performance, all plumbers and tunnellers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A recommendation is that Accurate Leak and Line provide their plumbers with tarps to cover and protect flooring when working inside. I had tarps for their use, but Accurate Leak and Line should provide those to protect customer flooring.

Accurate Leak and Line did a fantastic job in replacing the cast iron sewer lines under our house (which required tunneling, then replacing the dirt under the house) and replacing the rest of the sewer line all the way to the street sewer (which required trenching and city permits). They were extremely professional in every way. The job started on time (scheduled only 2 weeks out) and finished early (about 13 instead of 15 business days as estimated). We had the use of our water and drains almost the entire time, with it only being down for a few hours twice, and never overnight. They really worked hard to put all of the landscaping back the way it was. They worked around the tree roots. Plumbers Sean, Hayden, and Gabe were terrific and very personable. They came in at about half price from our highest bid, and they were worth every penny. I am recommending them to all of our neighbors, who probably need the same thing done at their houses.

I had my foundation lifted and it did not pass the leak detection required for a warranty. I contacted 3 companies for isolation testing and repair quotes. Accurate Leak & Line was the 3rd company and I decided to use them - I had a very positive first encounter and "it just felt right". AL&L specializes in under foundation plumbing repairs which I felt was a huge advantage compared to other companies.
From start to finish I was always kept in the loop on next steps, what was involved and what to expect. This company was absolutely wonderful to work with! I watched a lot of what they were doing and asked lots of questions - never once did anyone hesitate to explain!
My repairs involved excavating under the house, repair of 2 leaks, post-hydrostatic pressure testing (that failed - a 3rd leak was found and repaired), City of Round Rock inspection and finally backfill under the house.
Everyone I encountered was professional, brutally honest at times, on time and did a fantastic job. A special kudos to Jacklyn, Gabe and the two Zacks that were part of this job.
Accurate Leak and Line is highly recommended! -
Brett & Sons Plumbing LLC is a fantastic, straight-shooting business. We required a replacement for our water heater, a rather standard task involving an equivalent size appliance that functions on gas, with no need for code updates or modifications. Several other businesses were demanding almost $100 just to provide us an estimate, which we found unreasonable. Given that it was merely a regular water heater replacement, Brett & Sons Plumbing LLC was accommodating and allowed us to send pictures along with details regarding the current and new heater we intended to install. They furnished us with an estimate, arrived promptly, executed the job proficiently, and charged exactly as per the quoted price. Their plumber also shared valuable tips on the heater's maintenance and prolonging its lifespan. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable. Upon testing, the new heater's hot water was a significant improvement over the old one. I truly value their straightforward approach and their willingness to work with us. I would endorse their services without a doubt.

Short version - top-notch plumber, excellent work, will definitely hire again if required. Detailed version - I was dealing with an old leaking heating valve that needed to be replaced. There were no isolation valves nearby, which a prior plumber should have installed, so it was going to be a tricky task. I gave a call to the plumbing company and had a nice chat about my issue. I scheduled a time for the plumber to come over and give an estimate. He came, inspected my system and explained to me that since there were no isolation valves anywhere, the entire system would need to be drained and the cost to replace the single valve would be high. He suggested we wait until more things failed or until we decided to take on a bigger project. We later discussed a future project about replacing the zone valves, adding circulators and headers. We even talked about approximate costs, so I had an idea of what I was getting into. A month or so later, the valve started leaking more severely, so I called to schedule a visit from the plumber. It was getting chilly and I wanted this taken care of during the day to avoid staying in a hotel or purchasing several heaters. The plumber came over to discuss the project again, ensuring we were on the same page and that he'd have everything needed for the project. The lady who managed the scheduling was very professional and helpful. She even called me back when I didn't leave a voicemail after my call went unanswered. This impressed me and reassured me that I was dealing with a good company. They coordinated with the electrician they needed and rescheduled the work to ensure everyone could be present on the same day. The day came, the plumber and his team showed up, their professionalism was evident from the get-go. They worked continuously until they finished and thoroughly tested the system. The quality of their work was impeccable. I pay attention to details and found nothing out of place. Every anchor was tight, no rattling or leaks, and the finished work was visually appealing, especially if you appreciate good copper piping work. They left the work area cleaner than when they started. The service wasn't cheap, but I wasn't looking for a bargain when it comes to my heating system. I wanted quality work and peace of mind, which is exactly what I got. Top-notch quality, peace of mind and a reliable plumber. You should expect to pay for good people, good equipment, good help, knowledge and experience. This plumber is definitely a high-end professional.

I discovered a minor leak in my sewer pipe which was causing a slight water seepage into my basement. It wasn't a major issue, but I reached out to a plumbing company and was pleasantly surprised when they returned my call in a span of 10 minutes. A plumber named Mike arrived within 20 minutes to inspect the situation. It turned out that I needed a fresh sewer line because the existing one had aged, was cracked, and had root intrusions. The plumbing team offered a reasonable quote for the job, promising no need for any excavation. I did get multiple estimates, but this particular team was the best choice. They took care of everything - securing the necessary permits, coordinating the work, and scheduling the task. They returned within a week and managed to replace the line in just a single day. Working with Mike and his team was an absolute pleasure! Their professionalism, expertise, and experience shone through, which made me feel at ease knowing the job was in capable hands. I also want to mention the fantastic office staff, especially a lady named Jane, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. I am highly satisfied with their services and will definitely recommend this plumbing company to others!

Brett & Sons Plumbing LLC was a godsend! To cut a long story short, I was in dire need of a new water heater. Despite having a homeowner warranty, I spent two weeks without hot water waiting for a contractor. Following a neighbor's advice, I reached out to this company and was promptly assisted by a courteous receptionist. The plumber arrived on his day off and was incredibly helpful. He showed me what the issue was, guided me towards a cost-effective solution, and carried out the work instantly. Without a doubt, I'll be reaching out to them in the future if I need any more plumbing assistance! Thanks to their efficient service!

there are two parts to my review. brett & sons plumbing llc was sent by my home warranty when our bathtub started backing up, and they arrived quickly after i called. the person who answered the phone was really friendly and helpful, and the plumber who came out was just as great. he and his crew found out that our whole main sewer pipe had collapsed and needed to be replaced, which meant a big job including digging up the yard. this made things a bit more complicated, but they explained all the options and prices clearly. in the end, we agreed on a fair price for the work. the plumber coordinated everything, including city inspectors and the excavation team, and got the job done right. even though it was a tough and big project, i felt like i got a fair deal and was happy with how professional everyone was during the process. i would definitely call them again if i need a plumber and recommend them as a reliable company from start to finish.

The two individuals I interacted with from Brett & Sons Plumbing LLC were among the most pleasant and professional I've encountered in a long while. My water heater had given up the ghost, and they promptly came over to evaluate the situation. Seeing that I had a senior citizen residing with me, they showed genuine concern and prioritized restoring our hot water supply. Unfortunately, my water heater had to be replaced, but luckily, it was still covered under warranty. The team took the lead in helping me secure a refund for the faulty unit. The new water heater was installed swiftly and efficiently. This company is notably respectful towards veterans and the elderly, and I would definitely endorse their services. One piece of advice I'd like to share is to steer clear of apps that claim to offer quality service. Instead, rely on local businesses like this one in Austin for your plumbing needs.
