My team was Miguel, Cody and Edgar. They were extremely prompt in helping assist with a flood that occurred in my condo due to a sewage backup. Everyone made the chaos much easier to deal with and provided excellent work reviewing the issue, installing the fix, and assisting with cleanup.

After experiencing a first floor flooding of my home I was relieved to have the ServPro South Austin team assisting with the water mitigation and clean up. Alec and his team were highly professional and readily available around the clock to answer all of my questions and concerns. Jester , Mike, Jose, Andrew, Nacho, Edward, Nelson, Caleb Cody and Lewis went out of their way to accommodate specific requests to make sure vents were protected along with removing items that couldn't be salvaged. Miguel and Alec made sure our family tortoise, "Reggie" was doing ok out back during the demo process and helped me have extra peace of mind when I wasn't able to get back home to check on him. I felt valued not just as a client but as a person that had been through a challenging and overwhelming experience. I trusted ServPro with my home and felt reassured knowing they were always there to help during a chaotic time. Thanks guys for Everything!

Frank and Mariana just finished a clean up following our hot water heater causing damage to our Master Bedroom. They were very prompt and professional in doing their job. I would have to say they cleaned up after themselves better than I do. I highly recommend ServPro and would request to have Frank and Mariana do the work. Braylen oversaw the whole project (with Tino) and answered all our questions and more. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Serv pro workers, Edliz, Maria, Lizeth, Jhinny, Alix, Rosa and Yuli did a great job packing out our house in preparation for treatment to remove smoke damage caused by kitchen fire. They are hard workers and nice people. I recommend them.

They did a marvelous job. Everything I asked for was done and done well. Jester, Ed and Luis were outstanding! Duct cleaning as well as window cleaning in preparation for new blinds!

Miguel Hernandez, Victor, Javier, and Nelson did amazing work at our house. Very professional and knowledgeable about remediation of water in the house. They were very patient and helpful with my wife and I. These guys were great and ServPro is lucky to have them. 💯👍

I’d like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation for the folks at Servpro South Austin. We began our journey with them in early January when our washer overflowed. From day one each and every interaction has been both considerate and professional. Even though our home’s water damage was small potatoes for the Servpro team we were treated with the same compassion as those who suffered a significant loss. We were kept informed of the process with frequent updates as well, so there was no question about the next steps. The damage and repairs to our home was covered by our homeowner’s insurance and every charge was upfront and reasonable.

The drywall, flooring and painting crews did an excellent job and the pack out and back pack teams; Rosa, Yuly, Lizeth, Javier, Caleb and Mike were considerate of our possessions and handled everything with care.

I would like to give special shout outs to Miguel, Marco, Angel, Ana and Mariana, their professionalism and kindness will not be forgotten.

Servpro South Austin gets my vote for the best cleanup and restoration service in town. It’s like it never happened.

Following our washing machine’s overflow we called Servpro for remediation. Their crew responded within an hour. They set up their equipment and advised us on with what to expect for clean up and demolition. For the mitigation/
remediation process they measured the water damage, set up fans, removed baseboards, flooring and drywall. They moved all the necessary appliances and furniture and we didn’t have to lift a finger. The crew was tidy and promptly removed all of the damaged materials. Everyone in the crew was professional and friendly. I would like to give kudos to Adyn, Edgar, Caleb Jose Miguel and Nate. A special recognition to the crew supervisor Miguel who kept us informed by phone and text through out the whole process. It’s our hope that we won’t need another remediation, but if we do we will absolutely be using Servpro.

After calling multiple companies with empty promises of coming out in the late hours of the night to fix our over flowing sink and flooding bathroom, Bobby came as soon as we got the request in. He was extremely helpful and very kind to help fix the problem and give us insight on what to do next. I am extremely appreciative of this companies fast acting and helpfulness. Would absolutely recommend them!

Our grandson got stamp ink on our carpet.
“Hank” from Voda, came right out this morning and cleaned the carpet and got the 2 spots looking a whole lot better.
He really took his time and did a very good job for us.
He didn’t charge for the spot removal since it was still a little visible.
Would definitely recommend Hank from Voda for carpet cleaning as well as water damage restoration.
He knows a lot about mold and water damage issues.

Over the last few months, we used Voda on 3 separate occasions. First to clean a small shag rug which had been used as a pee pad by our dog for several years, it was in such bad shape we were going to toss it. Fortunately we found Voda! It took them awhile to finish it but it was well worth the wait because Voda cleaned and re-cleaned it 4 or 5 times and it now looks brand new. We were so happy with the quality of their work, pride of their craft, we hired them to steam clean our upstairs carpet in hitch had not been professionally cleaned in 6 years and we were blown away! It also looks and smells brand new. We used Voda a 3rd time, only 2 weeks later after our A/C Leaked out soaking the walls and the carpeted closet behind the HVAC. Within a few hours of calling Voda's Restoration team was at our house providing us with an estimate on a water remediation project. Bottom line they did an incredible job and today you wouldn't know anything happened. Water is gone, no mold, floor molding replaced, walls and floor molding painted. Summary, there are honest service providers and there are dishonest service providers, Voda is without question an Honest service Provider.
