From the very first phone conversation, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. In under an hour, he had a dedicated crew at our property to remove damaged flooring, baseboards, and other compromised materials, and to set up fans and dehumidifiers to hasten the drying process. In the process, they also identified a minor mold issue underneath our sink. They guided us through that process, remediated, and cleared it quickly allowing us to secure a clearance certification.

Their professionalism, quick response times, and expertise were apparent throughout the process. They kept us informed of each step, patiently addressed all our concerns, and provided peace of mind when we needed it most. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Total Restoration of Texas the afternoon when we were alerted to a water disaster in my daughter's condo. Water from a unit above our condo collapsed the ceiling and soaked the entire unit. After speaking by phone to Kylie, we felt confident they were the company to go with and Ryan came within the hour of being alerted to the damage. These folks are beyond responsive and they literally "take the plunge" and get it done. Ryan had his crew working immediately and effectively. Once the mitigation work was coming to completion, we were also lucky to work with Jason to get a detailed bid to put the entire place back together again "as though it never happened." Jason took the bull by the horns and led his team to complete the restoration in record time. Almost all decisions were made by phone and email. A few were in person, with the flooring and tile company they recommended and we found that to be a very efficient process. We found the quality of the work to be outstanding - the first time - as Jason clearly inspected the work before having us check it. Kylie managed making sure we had what we needed for insurance and was fantastic at helping select finishes and paint and kept the process rolling at all times. Five stars plus for the communication throughout the process with everyone at Total Restoration. These folks care about the work they take on and they care about their customers.

While their company does not specialize in the services I requested, the person I spoke to gave me some very helpful advice and free consultation. The mold is gone! They were extremely hands on and thorough throughout every step of the process. From our initial phone conversation until the end, they were responsive, communicated clearly and were proactive with next steps. Their assessment of the work was informative and it was convenient and reassuring having them provide in house plumbers and hvac technicians who were certified and experienced with remediating mold. The entire crew was respectful and mindful of disrupting our home, and took every precaution to protect it. I would highly recommend them for their service and quality of work.
