Our kitchen sink overflowed while we were out for several hours, returning to find water spread through half of the house. Based on great reviews, I called TRT and Ryan showed up right away with all necessary equipment to start mitigation. Over days of running numerous blowers and de-humidifiers 24/7, we were most fortunate to dry out successfully with no detection of mold/mildew. This is credited to Ryan's quick response and action plan. His communication is very good and he has an excellent crew for all phases of work. Their moving/storage company is very efficient and carefully packed and relocated furnishings and boxes to offsite storage to clear the affected work area. Ryan's team is professional and dependable, and we'd be glad to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

Jason and his crew are a well-oiled machine. We had never dealt with water damage before (toilet overflowed while we were gone) and boy was it a process. They worked and got it done it the time quoted. They probably would have finished sooner but the TX Snowpocalypse slowed things down. They were all so easy to work with and attention to detail was top notch. Ryan was fantastic and got us started on the process. Their painters and drywall crew are the bomb - the house looks better than before! The entire crew is extremely professional and available to answer any questions no matter what. I highly recommend them.

Our house was flooded in October and thankfully, we called Total Restoration of Texas. Their response was immediate, professional, dedicated and compassionate. Jason was knowledgeable and very good at what he does. He worked diligently to get our house dry as quickly and thoroughly as possible. And when our neighbors couldn't get their water mitigation company to return or add more dryers when their house wasn't getting dry, I realized how lucky we were. What a surprise it was when I went to wake up our son for school and found water all over the floors in the front of our home. My husband found Total Restoration of Texas and it was Ryan to the rescue. He responded so quickly and immediately got to work. Super nice guy, very professional and put us as ease. He was patient with all our questions and thorough in explaining what the process would be. I can't say enough about how grateful we are for everything. We came home from work last Monday to find that our water heater had basically exploded. Water had soaked throughout our house and was under all of our floorboards, trim, and walls. I was panicking and had no clue how to dry this stuff and found Total Restoration of Texas by accident when researching online. I think it was Kylie who answered and helped calm me down and explained the process and how insurance would cover this. She was amazing and really helpful.

Ryan was at my house within an hour with dehumidifiers and fans. He got straight to work, was very reassuring and answered all of our questions. He was in and out of our home with plenty of notice and had wonderful communication.

My experience with Total Restoration of Texas has been more then perfect, they were instrumental in getting us through this experience. We went from not knowing what to do to having a plan and people to help.

Jason, Ryan and the entire crew were FANTASTIC. Despite dripping our faucets during the winter storm from hell, our pipes still burst. I made over 100 calls that morning calling the various people we needed to fix all the damage. They were one of the few companies that replied immediately. They were friendly, responsive and came out in a very reasonable and timely manner. Jason is simply the best! He eased our minds and helped us navigate this difficult process. Jason answered our 5 million questions, was very kind, honest, straightforward, patient, and understanding. He walked us through every single detail and did very thorough inspections and work. His crew was super nice, efficient, respectful and incredibly talented. I highly recommend Total Restoration of Texas. They did a wonderful job and provided excellent contacts. I hope I never ever ever ever need water damage restoration again. But if I do, they're the only company we will go through.

We had to call on a Sunday afternoon because our washer overflowed, and Ryan was at our home in an hour! He quickly and efficiently set up the fans and other equipment, and he was patient and thorough with our questions. Ryan was extremely communicative and reliable throughout the whole process. The team that handled the demo and drywall were great as well. We spoke with Kylie during the initial phone call. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and even answered some basic homeowner's insurance claim questions. I highly recommend Total Restoration of Texas for any water damage situations.

Update October 2024: Well, there was another water disaster at our house, unfortunately. TRT came right out right away, assessed the situation, gave me an idea of what the cost would be, and made a timeline for taking care of it. Everything went just as they said and the issue was handled quickly and efficiently! That's twice TRT has come to our rescue and twice they've done a great job.

Original Review Feb 2024: These folks are heroes. When there is a disaster unfolding in your house that you can't contain, these are the types of people you want responding. From the day some flooding started upstairs until the day the insurance claim was closed some 6 months later, everyone we worked with was available and responsive at all times. As new damaged areas were discovered, Ryan found a way to get out to our house (which is not at all centrally located) with fans and plastic and everything needed to stem the damage, even when he had just packed them up because we thought the job was done. On the billing end, Kylie was a pleasure to work with, assuring me that I wouldn't be on the hook for a huge tab if my insurance company was being difficult. That's a big concern when you've never filed a major claim before and when the need to commit to work comes before the commitment from your insurance company to make you completely whole. I don't wish for another disaster, but if one strikes, we'll call TRT.

Another well deserved and earned 5-star review for TRT. After learning from my tenant that there seemed to be water coming from the ceiling and walls, I immediately begun my mitigation company search. I came across TRT's excellent reviews and called their phone. My call was answered by Jason, the owner, who immediately was helpful, supportive and took the time to answer all my questions. Given that this is a rental property and I am not physically located in the same state, I really needed someone I could trust and I am happy I went with TRT. For what is worth, I did receive estimates from other companies.
Jason handed my case to Ryan, one of TRT's managers, who ensured I was up to date with all the progress and guided me through what needed to be done from my side. It was honestly a great feeling for an owner who is so far away, to always have someone as responsive and efficient as Ryan.
I cannot recommend TRT enough! They will definitely be transparent, honest and will deliver on their promises.

A five star experience. The team is professional in evaluating the situation and speedy fast in restoration of the house to reduce the damage. Very friendly staff and professional team to work with.

We called Total Restoration late on a Friday evening to deal with a second-floor burst pipe. Ryan and his team responded immediately and began work to mitigate further damages, removing ceiling as needed and bringing drying and dehumidification equipment late into the night. The team monitored the progress of the drying multiple times per day until complete, and set us up with Ray's Drywall who did fantastic work to restore the area to as-new condition within a week. The back-office staff (Kylie & co.) were fantastic throughout the process, and provided us with accurate estimates and all the information we required for our insurance company.

Having dealt with water damage before, I know time is of the essence and Total Restoration saved us many thousands of dollars by being available and willing to work over a weekend to address our issues. Easy 5/5 stars, would not even consider calling anyone else after our experience with Ryan, Kylie, Ray's team.

Thank you, Anthony & Total Restoration! They were out and setup fast. Their equipment was higher tech than another company who had been sent prior; this allowed for less cuts and Anthony even offered to come out at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night when some plastic sheeting had fallen.

We worked closely with Ryan when we discovered water damage in our master bedroom. Ryan did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem (leak from roof) and explaining the mitigation plan. Ryan was very communicative/thorough throughout the process. Kylie (Office manager) was equally as helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company regarding the claim. I am so glad I choose these guys to help me during a time of crisis. They were able to come out immediately when we had a leak and we’re very honest from start to finish. My contractor had made the mistake of cutting a pipe in my attic and not capping it and TRT showed up and showed us how a real business operates. Honest, quick, and ON TIME. Total Restoration responded very quickly to our situation. We had a broken water line to a water heater that had been running all night in our guest house. Within and hour - we live outside of the Austin area -of my call Ryan evaluated the situation and called for reinforcements. Jason and team are great to work with, do super high quality work, and are very professional/trustworthy both in being in our house throughout the day and in transparent/competitive pricing. They were also fast to respond when we found a giant leak in our house. Most other companies said they would need 2-3 months to even book an appointment to even look at the leak, but Jason and team came the same day we called them.

Jason was highly communicative throughout the process while his team fixed the leak and the significant water damage that it had created. Jason and team also worked well with our insurance to make sure items were approved appropriately and payments were seamless.

Total Restoration of Texas (Ryan & his crew) are absolute heros in my opinion. Two weeks ago, our house was 2/3 flooded from a ruptured pipe fitting in the bathroom wall. Within 2 hours of me shutting off the water to the house & my wife calling Total Restoration of Texas, Ryan arrived with his equipment and started removing the water and starting the dry out process.
