We had a leak in our attic, and the first person we called was total restoration . Ryan was amazing. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars 🌟 . He came out within an hour of being called and dried up all the water in my home. His crew came out the very next day and took all drywall out to prevent mold. His company also helped me pack my belongings and get them out of the way so we can restore our home back to normal. I highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond to make things go as smooth as possible during this hard time.

Wow!! 10 stars! Jason, Kylie and team are amazing! The quality of work is fantastic, response times almost instantaneous, putting you at ease through a difficult situation - amazing! They guided me through the insurance and remediation process elevating so much stress and anxiety! Worked directly with my insurance company and set up movers. I was dealing with a sewer leak out of state and they completely took the project into their hands so that I didn’t need to go on-site. I am extremely grateful I found TRTexas! Other great reviews lead me to give them a call. Highly recommend!

Ryan did a fantastic job helping to remove the damaged items in my kitchen during a water mitigation project. He was professional, quick, and easy to work with. He made the whole experience so much better, especially with having to deal with a kitchen flood.

Once the process was over, my insurance decided to go no-contact for a while, and Kylie helped a ton with dealing with my insurance. She pushed them on multiple occasions, and was able to get them to reply and pay-out after almost 3 months of silence! Thanks so much for a great experience, all!

Daughter clogged my upstairs toilet and flooded my whole upstairs and some of my downstairs. They came within an hour and worked quickly to help mitigate future problems. They were really responsive and did amazing work. They were very communicative with my insurance company and had no problems. Recommend only if you want a great experience.

When we discovered the leak, we contacted Ryan at Total Restoration of Texas to remove the water and remediate the damage. He immediately came and started to work. His crew was efficient and professional in their work. Within 7 Days they had our house dried out and ready for repair. He also lined up a moving company to clear out out our furniture and set us up for our repair work to begin. He pointed us to a good renovation company to begin the rebuild.

During the process he always communicated what was happening and what was going to be done each day. I always knew the progress.

When I awoke one Saturday morning to see that some of the wood floor planks in our home office had buckled I immediately began searching for someone to come determine the source of the water leak and mitigate any further damage. Jason from Total Restoration of Texas responded quickly, even though it was the weekend, and had Ryan and a crew out on Monday morning to start the work of identifying the leak and removing damaged flooring and drywall. The crew was thorough and did a fantastic job isolating the affected areas with plastic sheeting to keep the dust and debris from spreading throughout my home.

Total PITA to deal with, and I hope to never have something like this happen again, but if I do (or if I know anyone who does) then Total Restoration of Texas is the first place I'll call or recommend.

I can't say enough about how Total Restoration of Texas helped me with through the remediation process after the water heater in my attic leaked. In the past, I have used a different franchised company, but when they called me back, Total Restoration of Texas had already completed the project! Their crew, led by Ryan Cook and Daniel, was amazing. They first assessed with a sensor the extent of the water damage so they would know exactly what had to be removed. The crew that did the demo were very nice and professional and the company even recommended a plumber, Edwin Diego, who was $500 cheaper than one I had called to replace the water heater. Additionally, Rhino Restoration gave me a very competitive quote for the sheetrock repairs. Luckily, I had extra hardwood, so the repairs are undetectable! Another thing that impressed me with the demo was that they totally sealed off the hallway area with heavy plastic that had zippers so all the dust would be contained in that area, and they had all the trash removed the next day. Ryan, Daniel, and team are all extremely hard workers and everyone constantly kept in touch with me via phone and text during the project, that was quickly completed. Thank you SO much!

Daniel came out quickly to assess the damage and then came back with his crew to get to work. Daniel and his crew were professional, they were mindful and careful with our stuff, and Daniel always showed up whenever he said he would. They made a stressful situation less stressful and easy to navigate. I hope to not need water mitigation again in the future, but if I did I would not hesitate to call TRT.
