This is my dream bathroom!! We had our bathroom fully remodeled after experiencing water damage from the winter storms. Brett and his team (local in the austin area!) was incredibly professional and helped guide us along this whole renovation process. He was able to make some of the best recommendations in layout, fixtures, and details. I think Brett is very knowledgeable in home renovation and we felt that we were in the best hands for this home project. This bathroom is perfection! They turned this early 2000s style bathroom into a modern styled bathroom with a farmhouse window, upgraded standalone tub, gorgeous tile, etc. Before and after photos included! Would recommend and use them again!

Brett Gomber was referred to me by my neighbor, couldn’t get any better. Brett Installed a Pool bath in my basement using a macerating pump system. We really liked his work ethics, his attention to detail and never tiring approach to fix every small thing that came up. Very honest and structured. I would recommend Brett for your remodeling project.

Don't do business with this company. I upfronted fourteen thousand dollars four cabinets and never did the work. If you are a contractor be very cautious before working for them.

Very disappointing experience. They failed to follow through on their commitments, repeatedly missing promised deadlines. Unfortunately, they proved to be neither trustworthy, truthful, nor reliable. It’s clear that integrity is not a priority for this business. If you’re looking for a company that upholds its promises, I would strongly suggest considering other options.

The water heater in my attic sprung a leak and flooded a section of the ceiling drywall in my kitchen. The guys from Waypoint showed up promptly and took care of everything. The ceiling is back to looking new, but I had to buy a new water heater. Bummer! Definitely would call them again. I just hope I never have to.

Called Waypoint Restoration after my water heater began leaking. They came out with within 2 hours and began drying the room to prevent further damage. They were both professional and courteous. I would certainly use them again.

Called Waypoint after my washing machine leaked water all over my flooring. They answered immediately and sent a tech out within an hour or two. He explained my options and was able to save the flooring by using his equipment. Would absolutely recommend and use again!

We recently provided services for Waypoint Restoration in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to follow up on payment, we have yet to be paid. Communication from the company has been minimal, and promises of payment have not been fulfilled. We urge others to exercise caution when working with Waypoint Restoration.

My house has an upper outdoor balcony that developed a water leak that ultimately caused damage to the underlying support structure. Waypoint did an excellent job repairing the damage and restoring my house to its original appearance. They do quality work for a reasonable price.

I was really impressed with Waypoint Restoration! I was representing a seller on a property that went under contract with a buyer. During the buyer inspections we learned there was a small mold problem from a leaky faucet on a wall in the garage that we needed too address right away. We called Chris just before Christmas holidays and he answered the call immediately. Then he visited the site within the hour and was able to get us an estimate and start the job within days. They did everything so timely and professionally that I was really impressed and thankful we called them. They got it done and the buyer (and seller) were pleased with the work completed. I would highly recommend these guys if you need mold remediation on a property. They are turnkey and the one call you need for a job like this.

My experience with Waypoint Restoration is the best I have ever had working with a contractor! They are extremely professional, punctual, communicative and very responsive. I hired them to do siding replacement /repair work to the back of my house and chimney, as well as painting the interior of my house and cabinets, along with electrical work …..they were able to do it all for a very reasonable price. I appreciate that they discussed all options with me, so that I could get the desired work done within my budget. Numerous times they suggested money saving ideas and did not try to push me into the most expensive option. Their work both indoors and outdoors was impeccable, with an attention to detail and great craftsmanship. They went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy and satisfied with their work. I am so impressed with Waypoint and would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them for any future projects!
