UPDATE: y’all, they came back and made it right. Apparently there was An issue with equipment they were unaware of… as of today our carpets look and feel like new again! Thanks to them for doing the right thing!

We are 36 ish hours after our carpet cleaning and some areas aren’t dry (we have fans on in every room). We were given no instruction for after… the areas that are dry seem almost sticky or like they were not rinsed well.

We have used this company in the passed and been very happy.

Used Wow to take care of some carpet stains I thought would be impossible to get out. They were communicative, had great customer service, and Daniel made everything look like new. 100% recommend these guys.

Misleading advertising, disorganized communication, and a complete waste of time.

I contacted this company for pet odor removal services, not to be sold carpet replacement. They first came while tenants were in and stated they could not identify odor and às to
Come back once they left. Then they came for a second inspection. I waited almost a week to get the diagnosis and estimate which was focused almost entirely on recommending I replace the carpet, while completely missing obvious and significant odor sources in the kitchen tile and backyard.

To be clear: multiple professionals (a property manager, a cleaning crew, and an actual odor removal specialist) all immediately identified the smell of dog urine in the kitchen, something that this company failed to even mention in their report. If you’re offering odor removal services, then be equipped to actually diagnose and treat odors, not just default to selling carpet.

Worse, the communication was a mess. I received multiple calls from different people, sometimes within 1–2 minutes of each other, and at one point I had to merge the calls myself so they could decide who would speak to me, that’s how chaotic and uncoordinated the follow-up was.

This was not a professional experience. Disorganized, unhelpful, and ultimately a waste of everyone’s time.

My dryer vent needed cleaning out. Making the appointment for the next day was easy. They showed up on time, with the correct equipment and did a great job. Wow Total Cleaning & Restoration is definitely going into my contractor list for future projects.

They were recommended by my realtor. It was a move-out clean of all the carpets. Communication was excellent. They were on time. Professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Brian was great, I was horrified by the scope of my water damage work. He showed up ready to answer all my questions, explained the process to me, and stayed in touch with me through the entire process till job was done and passed the inspection. he worked with my inspectors to meet all the requirements. Not only they did a great job, they were the best affordable price - I had three bids , one of them twice the price and the other 30% more !
The technician team was lead by Daniel, and he was great and detailed oriented, they worked long hours and were clean and effiecient. They finished the job on time, clean, and passed the final inspection. They realy are WOW,,, I highly recommend them.

I recently hired WOW Total Cleaning & Restoration for a large Remediation and Restoration project after some water damage in my home after a storm. I was extremely satisfied with their service from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced—Rudy ensured they explained the process thoroughly and worked efficiently to complete the work as quickly as possible. The results were impressive; they managed to restore some areas I thought were beyond saving.

I highly recommend the Team @ WOW! Hopefully I do not need their services again, but should I, I will definitely use them.

Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable in caring for my carpets and area rugs. He is exceptional !

Well they were late to start with. Everything you ask for is an extra charge. Be prepared to see your estimate double. Didn’t even vacuum first. Terrible job would not recommend them. Said they would come back and redo however I was moving and didn’t have time to meet them a second time.

I had my carpet cleaned today by Carlos Lee and he did a fantastic job!! There were stains from my dog and he was able to remove them and made the carpet look brand new. I will be recommending WOW and him to everyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

From scheduling with Jonathan to the excellent job Carlos Lee did on my mother-in-laws carpet cleaning, the experience was definitely 5 star. We have used WOW for several of our houses over the years, they always do a great job. Carlos has cleaned our carpet numerous times over that time period, our kids went to high school together and I consider him a friend. He is always professional, courteous and thorough in his work. I will definitely use WOW again and will request Carlos!

They follow up on my in a timely matter, l had so many things on my head because of the move that it was very helpful, then they show up and did an amazing job, very please with the service and very reasonable price, will definitively use the service again

Anytime we need carpet or upholstery cleaning we use this company and have always been incredibly pleased. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch! Carlos in particular is an awesome guy and so good at what he does!
