My first point of contact, Alex—the project manager—handled every aspect of the job with organization, clarity, and professionalism. His team, including Miguel and Jerry, was extremely attentive and focused on every detail, from drywall and plaster work to cleanup, moving appliances, and, of course, the actual water damage remediation. I spoke with five contractors and each offered a different approach. Ultimately, I felt that Alex and his crew had the clearest plan and the expertise to see the project through successfully. This wasn’t the least expensive bid, but I wanted the job done right—and this crew absolutely delivered!

If i could leave a 10 star review i would but 5 should do! Xavier was the tech that serviced my apartment before move out and the service was quick, easy and inexpensive! Spot be gone saved me over $700 of move out cost because they did there job excellently! To avoid apartments taxing you for carpet replacement and unnecessary cleaning just book with Spot be gone cause baby them spots will be gone for sure!!!! Lastly booking was easy as well, the lady Corvina i booked with responded within a timely matter and was very polite. No wonder why this business has a 5 star rating! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am a Community Director at Bridge at Canyon Creek and needed a new carpet cleaning company. I’ve been using Spot Be Gone for about 6 months. They are very professional, and have saved me a more than a few times on some last minute projects. I have gotten to know Rashaad, one of their employees and I have to say that he always has a great attitude, always gives us a report after any job he does, he will come out just to look at the carpet to let us know if the carpet can be saved. He does an amazing job. I also use Spot Be Gone for water damage and remediation. They are quick to come out for emergency leaks to provide fans and dehumidifier’s and to start the remediation process. I will always use Soot Be Gone, very professional company. Great experience! Had a terrible leak that flooded half my house. Servpro was quick and super professional and especially cleanly given all the demo work. Shoutout to the Servpro staff on my remediation, literally couldn’t have done it without them!

ServPro did an outstanding job helping us through our water mitigation process. The entire team (Miguel Marin, Javier, Nate, Yoston, Nelson and Miguel Hernandez) was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made sure every detail was handled so we didn’t have to worry. I would absolutely recommend them to any friends or family who need this kind of support.

We are incredibly grateful to Miguel Marín, Javier, Nate, & Jose for all their help with our recent water remediation services. After a pipe burst in our home, they showed up within an hour after our initial phone call. The team got to work fast and completed the job well. I was most impressed by how clean they kept our home even with all the drywall and insulation removal. They hung plastic sheeting to keep the dust within their work area and literally picked up by hand any stray pieces of insulation that the shop vac missed. Their attention to detail was impeccable.

After Servpro’s great work, we had another water leak due to a poor repair job by the plumber. The plumbing company sent their preferred water mitigation company to handle that damage clean up and let me tell you, it was a night and day difference! After a week of working with the other water mitigation team, we asked them to just leave so that we could work with Servpro again. Miguel Marín, Javier, & Nate came to our rescue again with the same great service and readiness to help. Servpro’s professionalism is truly unmatched. We will be recommending Servpro to anyone and everyone!
