I had a bad instance of my dishwasher/sink leaking water everywhere in my kitchen. James from SERVPRO came over and did a very extensive reading throughout the kitchen and then supplied the adequate amount of machines to dry and clear up the area. When he came back to continue with the readings, he would ensure that the job was successful and everything was completely dry. James was very responsive, professional, and was great to chat with. I would definitely recommend their services.

This entire team was amazing from start to finish. I didn’t have to lift a finger in my storage unit. The team works so hard and very quickly! I would recommend 10/10!!!

Shout out to Tim at ServePro, who managed the response to our water damage, oversaw the remediation, and worked with our insurance company to document the damage. Rich and Carlos managed the pack-out, storage and cleaning of all our stuff, and did an excellent job of bringing everything back and helping us put it where it belonged. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful.

The guys from SERVPRO have been out to our house multiple times over the past few months, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. There have been multiple contractor companies to our house in the last year, and they are by far the best we have experienced. We are in a new build with some pretty significant AC/water issues that leaked into sheetrock and vents throughout our entire house.

Aaron was the first to come out and do a walk through to assess the damage. He was very polite and incredibly thorough. He was happy to explain the process to me so I knew exactly what to expect. There is damage through our entire house - especially in our youngest child's room and our master closet/bathroom.

Juan and Viane came out twice to remove all affected sheetrock and sanitize the areas. They were also incredibly polite and thorough. I was worried about dust, etc. getting onto my sons bed/toys and our master closet contents. I should not have been worried at all, because they did such an incredible job cleaning up. They covered up our belongings to make sure they weren't damaged, bagged/removed all the cut drywall and insulation, and completely cleaned up after themselves. They used a shop-vac on every single area they were in, and the carpet was cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. I could not have been happier with the work they did while they were here.

Aaron followed up through the entire process to let me know the next steps, and make sure everything was taken care of. I would absolutely use them in the future should we need to, and highly recommend them to anyone who might need their services.

Very professional and kept us up to date about the process all the way. Erick R, Keven, and Kenyon were so polite and respectful. Always called before to give us a heads up and after to let us know the status!

We had a plumbed plastic waterline to our coffeemaker break over a weekend and about 5000 of 12000 sq ft of our store was flooded. 9am on a Sunday I was lucky enough to call this franchise, and Tim and his crew were out by 11 with equipment, equipped trucks, friendly smiling faces, and the knowledge of exactly what to do. Tim took charge, asked the questions necessary, was kind, gracious, helpful and experienced. They handled EVERYTHING. We were in the building while they worked M-F, so for a week we shared space. They taped off areas exceptionally well while they cut the wet drywall and removed wet insulation, they arranged any required testing, and had a wonderful team that monitored the moisture all week, Frank and Marianna. They would quietly come in, do their readings, empty the trash cans of water from the dehumidifiers, touch base and leave without interrupting anything. I feel like our case was tough - had to be dust-free for our printing equipment to keep working for example - and this team was an 8 star out of 5. I cannot express how great they were. I had compliments from displaced employees about them! (A miserable situation and employees said good things about them!) The team moved cubicles, they covered art on walls, they removed damaged property for us, they were absolutely amazing. Tim knew all the steps to help with insurance and was ON IT. And was so kind every time we spoke. The whole team was incredibly professional and well organized. I"ll stop, but these guys were fantastic. Erick R m, Kenyon L, Kevin S and Braylon were outstanding and super responsive. I had a leak in an interior wall. Kevin and the team were “on it” to get everything dried out and mold halted. Respectful, kind and very considerate. Thanks guys!!

Had them for a house repairs after a water line break, above and beyond in mitigating moisture and used them for the repairs as well as some changes to the house did great job when it came to not only the water issue being fixed but also when they packed out the contents of the house and bringing my items back. Everything was packed with care no damages at all and the contractors used did a great job in the repairs and remodeling done, hates off to rich on the pack out and pack in of items and Caleb for his support as project manager

I will use ServPro for all of my careless accidents and natural disasters! Just kidding, I hope I never need them again! I mean that in a nice way. Who wants to go through remediation of things like this? That being said, ServPro was absolutely amazing from start to finish, A to Zed. The bathroom sink was left running for 4 hours (The details are none of your business, nosey) and flooded the primary bathroom, closet and primary bedroom. Aaron (PM) was first on scene and quickly assessed what needed to be done and he immediately got furniture and rugs, and drapery out of there and got heavy duty fans down to begin the drying out process. He gave realistic time frames and got the process started. He made sure he was available for questions and concerns and checked in regularly about the process. Unfortunately, there was necessary demo due to the extent of the water damage. Enter Rich, the Content Manager. His job was to make sure the rug and drapery got to the cleaners right away and stored the bed. The rest of the furniture in the room he moved to another room that was unused. The others were also very crucial to a job WELL done; Deb, Bertha, Carlos, Juan, and "V". These people are part of the demo crew and really know their stuff. They are very good at communicating anytime there is a question. Long winded review but still not enough said about this amazing crew!

Our home flooded due to a broken supply line connector. Servpro responded quickly and did a fantastic job. Braylen and Josh were very professional, hard working, and easy to work with. Highly recommend the team if you have a problem.

Our kitchen flooded from a faulty water line in the fridge and it was a mess! ServePro came highly recommended from several neighbors who are realtors, property managers and small business owners. Jeremy responded in record time and put us at ease while handling the situation in such a professional and timely manner. James and the team came every day to check the progress and keep us updated on each step. We are so grateful for these guys and how smooth this process went.

Shout out to Kenyon, Erick and Cooper for a top-notch professional job in preparing my home and installing fans and dehumidifiers after the fast and furious May 28, 2025 storm pushed about an inch of water inside! They were nice and courteous. I will definitely recommend ServPro to others in this flood prone area!

We really appreciate the professionalism, consideration and communication skills of the Servpro team that helped with our water mitigation project. During a stressful time, they were very great. Kevin (project manager) communicated well and walked us through the project, costs and timeline- and got things started quickly. Both James and Juan were extremely helpful, considerate and accommodating on site. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They communicated the progress and plan well each day and Juan didn't leave the last day until we were comfortable with the way things were left. I don't wish our situation on anyone but I was glad we called in Servpro's remediation team.

We had recent flooding in our house in North Central Austin from heavy rains. Water seeped in from outside above the foundation line, and settled through the entire house between the hardwood floors and subfloors. Absolute nightmare, but ServPro of Hyde Park, and specifically David and Keaton, were on top of it right away. Couldn't ask for much more in terms of speediness, professionalism, and hard work to remove all the flooring and drying this place out. Thank you guys, and although I hope I never need your services again, I will definitely be calling you if I do!

When we had a water leak into our master bath, Jeremy (PM) and Braylen were excellent to work with. They came out and about assessed the damage and helped us immediately with mitigation efforts. They did were fast, efficient and honest. I would give them 5 stars if I could just rate their work.. however communication has slowed now and we have not heard from the remediation team on even a quote for reconstructing the home. I would think they want the business but can't even seem to get someone to call me.

Tim came out to check the damage. He was very polite and after his findings he explained everything to me that would happen next. He tried to make me feel better because I was upset about this unexpected expense. His crew James and Javier was great. They were on time, friendly and very polite. Each day they explained to me everything that they were doing. Thanks again to all the guys, I felt that I was getting the best service.

Great experience! I had my roof and fence replaced with this company. Anthony was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. He quickly answered any questions that I had. I will definitely use them again.

James and servpro’s remediation are great. James and Adina showed up and worked diligently. They were continuously to fix an issue in my garage for water damage. Also ServPro has a relationship with my insurance company and came recommended. Servo has left some blowers and dehumidifiers to start the process of extracting water out of the soaked wood. I recommend James with no hesitation.

We had a bad experience with SERVpro after a water heater leak in our attic. They were excellent on deconstruction coming in the same evening as our leak, and working all weekend to remove drywall and get the drying process started. Then we went with them for reconstruction which was a terrible experience. The job was quoted as 2-3 weeks and took over 12. We had basic planning issues including crews showing up with no materials. Servpro uses a subcontractor which had bad communication, quality and delays in making payments. Servpro appeared to have little control of the overall process. A crew walked off the job and we experienced 6 weeks of delays to get another sub-contractor paid. We are having to complete some of the work ourselves. Do not go with them for reconstruction.
Attached photo is a light fixture installed (covered in texture) which was a fire hazard, construction manager Caleb Rogerson could have replaced this for $35 but took no action.
