Mario of Steam Team did an excellent job cleaning our carpets yesterday . His products were great and his professionalism and skills were commendable! Will definitely hire him again! Was well worth the price!

Sergio and his team did an excellent job restoring our home after flood damage. Replacing our floors, baseboards and paint was quite labor intensive, and they were able to complete the project promptly, with great attention to detail. Sergio was easy to work with, very professional and responded quickly to any questions we had. We are very happy with the outcome.

We went through a major home rennovation due to an insurance claim and Sergio was the lead contractor on our job. The scope of the work was immense as the entire 4k square foot house was flooded. Sergio and The Steam Team did an absolutely phenomenal job and the house looks better than it did when it was brand new. I will definitely be using Sergio for any future construction work. Highly recommend both Sergio and The Steam Team!!

On May 16, 2024, lightning struck our house. Although the fire was confined to the attic, it was difficult to locate and so there was damage: smoke and water but enough to require new floors, walls replaced, sealed and painted, carpets, new ac and refrigerator. All of this requiring 4 months out of our home. Sergio from The Steam Team was our Project Manager. He was so caring and attentive to every little detail. Kept us informed with every step and what to expect. We felt 100% confident leaving the repairs completely in Sergio’s hands. I feel he went above and beyond to include us in all decisions. The day he called and told us all inspections had passed and we could come home was a glorious day and when we walked in the door our house felt brand new. Kyle and Adrian came to clean our stairs, a rug and a chair. They were so polite and efficient. They told us that they stood behind their work, and if something wasn't right, to let them know. Well, the chair had a few spots that showed back up after it was dry, so we contacted them and asked to have it cleaned again. Adrian and Frank came back and re-cleaned the chair. Everything came out great! Highly recommend The Steam Team- easy to schedule, good communication and super polite folks!
We also had remediation and rebuilding done this Fall. We had a pipe get blocked and release water into the back of our house. Josh and his team did a great job! Everyone showed up on time, communication was clear and they were all polite. Everyone that we've communicated with at The Steam Team has been professional and kind.

I had a great experience with The Steam Team. Steven, The team lead, was fantastic-very organized, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The crew worked quickly, but with great attention to detail. My new roof looks excellent! Best of all, I no longer have any water damage issues. I’m very happy with the results, and would definitely recommend them!

Definitely would recommend The Steam Team, especially Kade Templeton and his crew, for your water mitigation. They did an excellent job with the restoration services after a water leak in my home. They quickly arrived at my home and removed all wet and damaged materials, including water-logged ceiling and insulation, and properly prepared the areas for the next step. Quickly removing the wet insulation around the wiring was especially important to me as I had lost a home a long time ago due to this not being done, resulting in a fire that destroyed everything we had. Kade ensured photos and measurements were taken for insurance purposes.

They were quick, efficient, and very professional throughout the process. I really appreciated how carefully they cleaned up and how they ensured tubing and cords from the fans and dehumidifiers were taped to avoid tripping hazards. Their attention to detail and respect for my home was incredible.

Just had Mario clean around 1500 ft.² of natural tile that had not been clean for years and it looks fantastic. He was in and out very quickly without a lot of disruption to the household. He had some good tips on how to keep it as clean as possible going forward. A great experience and I love supporting local business!

Been using these guys for a while now and they always do a great job with my area rugs. The price is reasonable and they offer pick up and delivery service which is always a great option! Seriously who likes to drive here in Austin anyways. Highly recommend!

We had the Steam Team clean our air ducts, some upholstery and our rugs. Scheduling was very easy, and they were able to come out quickly. The service techs were all very polite and respectful of our home. We had some rug stains from our puppy, and not all of those came out, but the rugs overall look bright and clean. The upholstery looks fantastic. We keep a clean house but haven't had any deep cleaning done in a few years. Seeing these results makes me want to do it more often. Overall a very good experience.

The Steam Team did an incredible job on my rug. I was ready to toss it after years of dogs and mud/dirt, but they’ve made it look like new! Their pricing was very reasonable. They were timely and excellent with communicating their delivery.

The Steam Team came into my life when we had a slab leak in a bathroom in the middle of our home. David was excellent from the very beginning with navigating insurance and the proposal process. We decided to use the Steam Team for additional upgrades in our kitchen and living area and they were professional all along the way. Luis our project manager was very attentive and handled any issues that came up. The contractors he brought into our home were excellent and easy to work with. I highly suggest The Steam Team for any renovation you have in your home. I can't say enough about this team of people.

Things started out great. The initial response was quick, and our guy did a great job getting the fans installed and blowing within a couple hours. He showed up daily to check on the progress and moisture levels. On day 6, he pulled up the fans and told me someone would be reaching out for the next steps. The service has been sub par since then. We opted to go with the Servpro team for carpet replacement and wall/cabinet repairs. This side of the company has been inconsistent and unresponsive. Caiden Vail came to our home to measure and calculate the cost of repairs. He told me he'd call me in a couple days, but never called. I had to call the office after a week of waiting. The estimate was finally sent to my insurance adjuster, but not to me. Had I been included, I would have been able to find mistakes that were made. Instead, I had to get a copy from my adjuster. I was able to see Caiden didn't measure two bedrooms and our main stairway for adjoining carpet replacement. Someone was sent to re-measure about a week and a half ago. My adjuster still hasn't received anything. I have called the office three times with no response. Chris is very nice over the phone, but he has no ability to influence getting things done. On Tuesday, Chris said things would be sent to my adjuster Thursday morning. My adjuster received a call from Chris last the end of last week, assuring him he would have it to him soon, but now it's Tuesday and my adjuster has received nothing. As an insurance agent, I have always recommended ServPro to my clients in need. I'm going to have to find another group after my personal experience. This began on October 8th. It is now November 21st and we are no closer to getting repairs completed. The worst part is they haven't given us updates, and don't keep us posted on where we are in the process.

This Serv Pro team has been incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond with our customer care. Sean England was very communicative and informed us on all things needed. Would highly recommend this company to others.

I called SERVPRO of Hyde Park on a Saturday and my call was answered by a call center and received a call back within 10 minutes from a SERVPRO employee. He scheduled me for Monday morning to have Abel come out to assess the water damage I had on my wood floors. Abel has been great to work with, explaining everything to me and is prompt about his appointment times and courteous. I would also like to give a shout out to all the girls in the office that answer the phones and set the daily appointments. They are very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone needing water mitigation work. They have proved to me that they are a highly dependable company.
