Thanks so much SERVPRO of Hyde Park for the quality of service I received after water/ mo,d damage to my home! From the first call to the return of my belongings each and every employee was wonderful. Aaron and Kendrick were so professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my their service. You’re very lucky to ha e them in your company. The smooth efficiency with which your company works made me joke, “ You guys are so awesome it almost makes me want to have another water leak...Almost, but no. I appreciate you.

The team was very responsive and were quick to follow up on my questions. Once at my property, James was super thorough about explaining things and answering all questions. They said they would be returning to check on things Monday and when I texted them at 5, James responded immediately and said he was going to head our way asap. They are professional, informative and quick to respond. Not easy to come by these days. Thanks ServPro!

James G. came out for a small upstairs bathroom leak. He was super thorough and went above and beyond to check for moisture in the ceiling below on the first floor for my peace of mind. Berta came with him later in the day to help with removing cabinets and cleaning after the removal. She was quick to assist and made many trips up and down the stairs with a smile. Lacey also was super helpful getting things scheduled and understanding of our situation. Appreciate those who have helped us out!

Initial water remediation was great, timely and thorough, but they are giving me a run-around type of behavior about building back the subfloor and drywall. I'll get someone else to do it, that's no problem, but I believe it's poor customer service to "say you'll get back" but repeatedly not call. I guess it's the bigger issue , Servpro has made our lives a little more difficult this summer. Do not recommend build back and construction, the treatment we received was very poor unfortunately

Five stars to the Servpro crew of Hyde Park, Central Austin who raced to get under control an emergency situation in my condo just days before Christmas (when the rest of the country was not working)! Thank you, Kenyon, Eric and Tino! I wish we could have met under different circumstances! Professional, prompt, courteous, and honest—just the facts ma'am.

I usually don't write reviews but I am happy to write a very positive one for Juan & Viane who serviced my home this week. The two young men were respectful of my time, explained everything to me until I understood exactly what was going on, returned my phone calls! These two are excellent representatives of their company and I would highly recommend Serv Pro of Hyde Park based on my overall positive experience. Thank you both Juan & Viane! I really appreciate the help and great service!

The Serve Pro team & Aaron Munoz specifically did a fantastic job after our Lakeway condo flooded due to a burst main water line in the hallway. Our 2 BDR/2 bath condo was completely flooded. Aaron and his team did a fantastic job doing a full remediation of our condo-- we had huge fans everywhere and sheet rock removed so we could get our condo dried out. In addition Aaron and his team did a great job carefully packing up our furniture and possessions -- 2 mos. later after we got the repairs completed everything came back without a scratch !!! We couldn't be more pleased with how Serve Pro came in to help us !!!

Woke up with our house flooded. Braylen and Tino came quick to the rescue! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was quickly dried with no damage. Braylen answered all of our questions and helped us out with the entire process! Tino was quick to be hands on and get the process going! They also cleaned up very well after, which is greatly appreciated!

We’ve used Servpro three times now for different leaks. Each time they have provided 5 star service, but Braylen really went above and beyond for our most recent one. I was so upset about losing all access to our kitchen for the foreseeable future due to this leak, but Braylen’s leadership of the project greatly helped ease my nerves. They were able to get a massive island counter top removed without breaking it and their demo work was incredibly clean. Our contractor doing the renovation work was very pleased with how well they took care of the demo. Hopefully this will be our last leak, but if it’s not, I’ll definitely be calling this branch of Servpro and asking for Braylen.

Aaron, James, and Javi have been great throughout the entire process! They came at midnight after a flooding issue we had and were able to inspect and start the mediation process ASAP. They answered all our questions with patience and kindness, and helped us get through a stressful time. Highly recommend!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They are scammers. Do NOT use this company ever for anything.

My parents enlisted them for help in June of 2024 for a leak in our garage, one of the contracting workers buckled the tile in our home and told my parents he would fix it and then ghosted them. They have not come back, they will not answer emails with information, and they will leave you with a construction site in your home for 8 months. I call every single day for an update and am constantly being told they're working on it when they clearly are not.

"We hear your complaints and were looking into it" Is the best response we get. They are nothing but bad work, stress, and a terrible business model.

James and Eric did an amazing job on resolving my issues. Both were friendly, communicative, and helpful with helping me understand what was going on with my plumbing/floors. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

My insurance recommended Servpro for water mitigation. Kevin and Braylen started with the process, explaining to me what all the insurance would be requesting in order to start. After approved, Braylen and Tino worked on my home.
They were very professional, answering all my questions. Communication was great!!! ( And I had a million of them being it was the first time anything like this happened to me) | was also amazed how they would removed all the damage material and leave it so clean that it looked like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this crew they were the best!!!

We recently had a water heater leak that significantly damaged three areas of our house. Servpro came out quickly, within a couple of hours of our insurance contacting them, to handle the water removal and restoration part of the project. Our project manager, Kevin Sessom, put together a plan on the spot. After that the team, led by Juan and Vianne, got right to work setting up heavy-duty fans and dehumidifiers in all impacted areas. They checked back often during the week to ensure that everything had been thoroughly dried out, and made adjustments as needed. They also removed drywall, insulation, baseboards, etc. to make sure everything dried properly. They protected areas that hadn't been damaged and were very tidy in their work. Everyone we dealt with from Servpro was extremely professional. Kevin, Juan, and Vianne were always upbeat and took the time to explain each step. This definitely eased the pain of a nightmarish situation.

James and Javier were awesome. They worked us in for our mold emergency. Not only did they get us done same day but they made me feel super comfortable with next steps and making me and my growing family feel safe. Highly recommend.

After I had a water leak in my brand new house as a first time homeowner I was nervous that I might be scammed and not get a proper job restoring the area that was damaged.
