After welcoming two puppies into our family in the last year, you can imagine the thrashing our carpets have recently taken. It seems like every time I would go upstairs into our game room, a new stain would be waiting for me. Actually, I don't even know what some of those stains were. Note the word "were."

Rashaad was on the dot and had his 500 feet of equipment ready to go. After a quick survey of the task at hand, the job was underway. Now, it's one thing to provide a great service and take pride in pleasing a customer; it's another thing to be as cool, respectful, and professional as Rashaad was. Rashaad Johnson was the Carpet Specialist sent to tackle the job. Rashaad is a very personable, professional, courteous, young man. He made me feel “at ease” from the moment of his arrival. He listened to me, asked the right questions, and wasn’t pushy in any way. It was a real pleasure speaking with him.

Not only does my carpet look and smell great, but it was done so quickly, too! Rashaad was able to clean three rooms, one set of stairs, and do the pet urine enzyme treatment all in about an hour.

I’ve had my carpets cleaned many times over the years, and I’ve always chosen a “Big Box” chain brand. However, I’ve never been “completely satisfied” with the service, price, and/or personnel. So, this time, I decided to try a local company with great reviews instead.

Spot be Gone has done my property twice. Each time they were courteous and on time. We had the same tech come out and he was very attentive to detail. He did not rush and asked about areas that we thought should have extra attention. The carpet looks amazing and smells nice. I choose to keep using them because other carpet cleaners seem to just go through the motions and rush. For a job well done they are my go to.
