Josh Gross was our Project Manager and made everything run like clockwork and attended to every call, question and detail. From demolition to restoration, hardwood flooring replacement, stain and refinishing, cabinet removal, painting and restoration, all plumbing and appliance services, and drywall repair, texturing and painting the Steam Team has the best team! Zero complaints over a complex a 2.5’ month project. Add to that a totally professional Pack-Out and Pack-In team that restored our home to virtually exact replication of our previous pantry, cabinet and drawer status and you get the best answer to a bad situation. Water damage to your home is traumatic by definition. The Steam Team makes everything right in the right way.

We had these guys out for some mold remediation a while back. They "cleaned it out and fixed it up". We'll we have mold again because they didn't actually fix the things they charged us for. Scam!
*edit: they SAID they replaced the boot register insulation and charged me for it, but they actually did not. This was confirmed by 2 other hvac companies. SCAM!
*edit: I've also been trying to talk with them, a manager Wes, and am now getting ghosted. Seems like bad customer service too.

We worked with Jeremy after our home flooded. Jeremy was always prompt on visits and was all or to efficiently explain where we were in the process and how we got to next steps. We appreciate his communication and customer service throughout.

Kobe and Albert were amazing! They came in to clean bedroom carpets and were very nice, informational, respectful and very mindful of my cat. They moped the floors that had any leftover residue even though I told them not to worry about it and left the carpets spotless.

Would 100% recommend them.

Mike has been cleaning my house for years now. Today he did all of our carpet, a rug, all the upholstery, our stone, as well as our dryer vent. Despite all that he was fast and efficient, but most importantly it all looks great.

Josh was excellent as a project manager. Irene and Team came in and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the restoration. Kevin and team have been really good to work with as well

Always on time then tells you what they will be doing in the order being done. Friendly, professional technician, is very thorough. I have used the Steam Team for my carpets, drapes and upholstery to get the dust and allergens out since these are your homes filters. I started using Steam Team about 2000 for the office building I managed as well as at my home and have always been happy with their technique and service. After having Mario as the technician, I request him for the service. He is knowledgeable about his products and does an excellent job. To keep things fresh, and also from the recommendations of the products as well as the Steam Team I have them clean approximately every 12-18 months. If I had needs for any of their services other than what I used on a regular basis, I would call them as Im confident the job would be done right. Great product, technician and service. Can’t beat that!!

Albert and Kyle did a fantastic job cleaning all different surfaces in my house. Everything looks great!! They were conscientious about all the different things they were doing and making sure the quote was exactly right and they did it all right. Most importantly they were friendly and I trusted them being in the house. Will definitely request this duo again from Steam Team!!

Andrew at the Steam Team was responsive, knowledgable, and helpful in a difficult situation we were facing with some mold and water intrusion from a neighboring tenant. He and his team were thoughtful and professional during the time they interacted with our team. Would use them again, and would recommend this team to anyone.

My apartment in a high riser building in downtown had some water damages recently due to water leak from the apartment above. A local contractor The Steam Team was engaged and came to my apartment quickly and they did the water damage mitigation. During the reconstruction for ceiling and drywalls in my apartment, The Steam Team did an excellent job not only kept my apartment clean during the construction, but also putting down extra cover paper in hallway and public area to keep the public area carpet and floor clean. The whole construction job was well done and I want to thank the Steam Team including team lead Ronnie A, Tony S and project manager Juan C. I would recommend the Steam Team to anyone who needs water damage control, repair and reconstruction job for their apartment.

The Steam Team did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent! They were on time, professional, and thorough — the difference in airflow was immediate. Highly recommend them for fast, friendly, and reliable service!

I have been using this company for many years.
Every carpet cleaner has been good.
However, our current gentleman Mario is absolutely superb. He takes our filthy dirty stained carpet thanks to our large golden retriever and Irish setter dogs and makes it look brand new. I cannot say enough about his fabulous job and his very cheerful demeanor.
I recommend Mario without reservation!

The Steam Team does terrific work. For us it was a complete remodel: new floors and framed windows, painting throughout, new wall and ceiling in dining room. Project manager Sergio and his several teams were excellent.

Steven was a professional in every sense of the word. From his communication about arrival times, to the estimated time to clean my rugs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service that he provided. I’m going to definitely recommend Steven for the next cleaning. If he’s not a trainer, he should be. Thanks again Steam Team!

Frank, Kobe and Kyle came out today and I am SO happy with how amazingly clean my house is! The floors, tile, carpet and grout look so refreshed and ready for the holidays. I really thought I might have to replace the carpet but they did a miracle on the “Coco” spots. Thank you guys and we will be seeing you again!

Fantastic job cleaning our area rug that was very soiled from dirty shoes and dogs. They are always so attentive and careful and take their time to do the best job! They also did a great job with all of our carpet that gets a lot of wear and tear! Highly recommend!

This review has been a long time coming, I had chosen a while back to not leave a bad review. But I have since changed my mind and this still bugs me to this day. We hired the steam team to remodel our house after it was destroyed from the ice storm incident a while back. The experience started off fantastic but once we were assigned a “project manager” to our home a nightmare ensued. We did an initial complete home walk through with a very well mannered gentleman, we told him everything we wanted and even wanted to do some home upgrades. He confirmed everything was possible and wrote up a contract and we began down the path of getting our home back to good standing. The project manager he gave us was so terrible he acted like he didn’t know anything about what we initially told the previous employee when we took time off work to do a house walk through. He told us several times the job was completed and I would come home to an extremely dirty/dusty house, outlet covers from various rooms were missing(including rooms not even involved in the remodel), the fridge was pulled out as well as our built in oven was pulled out from the kitchen cabinets(the kitchen area was not part of the remodel so why were these things touched?). He insisted that his crew was not responsible even though they were the only people that had access to the house(besides my wife and I). I also asked them to install a rain fall shower head(similar to what was installed prior to the ice apocalypse) and we initially asked them to repaint the master vanity, which the initial employee said would happen. They decided to install a non rainfall shower head and it was installed about 5’ 8” tall, and I’m 6 feet tall so it’s been very awkward taking a shower. The vanity was never painted. The shower tiles did not go all the way up to the ceiling either(this was asked to be done upon the initial review as well!). The bathroom mirror wasn’t even placed back in the bathroom. They also removed our front weather proof screen door and when they put it back on they didn’t install the soft door closer thing(see in the pics). So now our weather storm screen door just slammed shut. In addition to the front screen door being removed we now have paint splatter from their team, still to this day.….I don’t even think this project manager actually managed anything because when he told us things were completed and they weren’t, it didn’t make much sense. Multiple times this project manager claimed everything was completed only to find the outlets, oven and fridge were all still pulled out. It was very odd the outlet covers were pulled off, because the ones they removed were brand new and again, not in the remodel areas. He then made an excuse for removing them which was to put newer faceplates on? They ended up replacing the outlet covers with older faceplates, so where did our new ones run off to? He also told me to sign the completed contract documents multiple times and he would still work on fixing the house after the fact. I refused to sign anything until he fixed the outlets and the oven issues. He finally fixed those(thank goodness). It took over 4 months for them to “finish” the AMAZING “renovation.” I finally contacted the initial employee that did the initial house walk through. I discovered that the 2 guys were brothers. I probably should’ve ran this up the management chain but I chose not to, and just dealt with it. Now I regret those decisions, but hopefully this review helps others not fall victim to the same terrible experience. I cannot attest to the steam teams carpet services, I’m sure they are great. But for whatever reason, they sucked at remodeling our house. Cheers!

Steam Team does an amazing job! Their Rug Cleaning is fantastic and they can even make you a customized new rug pad for whatever your needs may be. Wonderful pick up and delivery and cleaning.
