Excellent service. Excellent communication. My oven was not maintaining correct temperature. They diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the part, and my oven works great!

Not only fixed my dryer, but when he pulled I had an outside water leak that he helped me get the water turned off. He really saved the day. Will use again, and recommend.

I had a jammed filter cap on my Samsung washing machine. Apparently, there was a penny wedged in the gasket. These guys were able to get it out and working again. Super professional, responsive and on time. Highly Recommend!

Steve was great. My LG clothes washer had a broken motor. I had LGs service (A&E Sears)who were real jerks diagnose the issue and quoted me a replacement motor for over $300 and labor. I called Appliance Guys, they arrived in less than 24 hours, and the replacement part was only $11 on Amazon and his service fee for the diagnosis and install visits were much more reasonable than A&E. Steve is much nicer too! Turns out I did not need a new motor, only the sensor. They will be my go to repair company. I am new to Bastrop and great to know such a reputable people!

I called for service because our deep freezer quit working. Steve arrived as planned. Steve did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our freezer. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and demonstrated he was very knowledgeable about appliances.
