Don't use for appliance install. They do not come prepared with needed parts or supplies yet still charged me for an install they they did not complete. I hired them to install a new dryer including cutting a vent hole to the outside. I was surprised that the tech arrived without any silicone sealant to weather seal the vent that was installed outside. I ended up having to go to Lowes to buy the sealant. Then was surprised that a dryer installation company didn't bring with them any parts that may be needed for the install (vent hoses, clamps, etc). I had told them I had a dryer vent hose but it turned out not to be long enough. In the end they just cut the vent to the outside (sealing with the sealant I provided) but did not connect a vent hose to the dryer or clamp a hose onto to the external vent. I requested a partial refund for the actual dryer installation which was not hooked up at all while still willing to pay for the external vent install but was rudely denied insisting that they installed the dryer. I was left without a working dryer. Definitely not a company that stands behind their missteps.
