We did a walk through for a home I recently purchased, and then he returned to fix some minor problems. Great service, highly recommended!

Man these guys are the best. They’re my go-to plumbing company. I’ve had them out for big and small projects. Most recently I had water leaking from my door frame (weird I know). After trying to diagnose the problem over the phone (which I think was awesome!) Matt was dispatched immediately. He was awesome and his attitude was great which wasn’t surprising because that’s what I’ve come to expect from Pulliam. It was refreshing because I called right before 6:00 which I assume is the end of his duty day. Nevertheless, he was a stand-up dude! He explained the repairs, was quick, and knowledgable. If you want things done right the first time, are quick and reasonably priced…choose Pulliam for all your plumbing needs.

Dustin truly was professional and informative he walked me through his process, pointed out areas of concern and what I need to do to correct these issues it puts so much comfort in my heart as my Plumbing issue caused high anxiety as one could imagine. This company responded quickly to my request, followed up quickly, and the prices are very very reasonable. As someone with multiple properties and new to this area, if I ever have another plumbing issue, I will contact this company for sure please please please support this small business. I want to thank Glen and his team at Pulliam Plumbing Services for the work they did for my kitchen remodel. Not ever having done a remodel like this before, I was not 100% sure what to even ask for in my quote besides your basic demo and re-connect tasks. As an example, their plumbing rough-in work made cabinet and cooktop installation go very well/easy for others. I highly recommend Pulliam - they know what they are doing, are very professional, and I thought their price for the work was very fair. Thanks!

I noticed our water softener leaking at around 4;30 pm on Friday evening. Figured it was too late to call, but took a chance and called Pullliam. Glen got back to me in a few minutes, took the time to walk me through bypassing the unit. He walked me though options, ended up giving me the best estimate even though the units he proposed were better than those on other estimates. Courteous communications. Good prices. Professional work. What's not to like!!!

Our water heater was leaking, and they were able to come to our house on the day we called, diagnose the issue, and replace the water heater. Very friendly and professional -- we'll definitely use their services again!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning and Glen was extremely helpful on what the next step should be. Sunday morning crews were hard at work at our house I had called 2 other companies which were not available until mid week and that would not have helped us. We are very happy the Pulliam Plumbing were willing to come and take care of our emergency situation over the weekend ! Thanks again to Pulliam Plumbing for the professionalism and support!
We also had a water softener replaced by Matt today. He arrived at the time scheduled and Matt took care of getting the softener installed in a very reasonable amount of time. He was helpful in informing us on use and maintenance. Very professional!

Matt was our Hero for the day. We woke to no hot water and on further inspection found our water heater was kaput. Morning coffee turned to dollar signs and angst as we began to imagine the huge costs associated with major appliances and trade professionals. I asked around and Pulliam was recommended, so we gave them a call. We spoke to Ben- and Matt appeared about 30 minutes later. He quickly identified what had happened, gave us options, and his recommendations. He had our old unit out and a new unit up and running in no time. Work site was clean, he kept us informed, and was extremely nice and professional! Service and quality were spot on. The price felt more than fair and reasonable-in no way did we feel price gouged! We couldn’t be anymore satisfied with Pulliam- in fact- we’ve decided to join their membership program.

While in the process of buying a new home, I needed someone to review my inspector's findings and follow-up immediately with testing of their own. Pulliam responded during the evening hours on a Friday and was on-site the next day. I received a detailed findings report as soon as the work was done. Their responsiveness really helped me out of tough "bad timing" situation - and they didn't take advantage of my position. The commitment to the client was greatly appreciated.

We have been customers for a couple of years now. We purchased their annual service plan, which checks for all sorts of things and includes 10% off all products and services.

When they were servicing us, we asked if they did bathroom makeovers (Legacy Interiors had failed to show up for two appointments at the time). They do, so we had them makeover our master bathroom. They did a great job and were very responsive to us asking for additions to the planned work.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly! We are extremely happy with the resultant work! Their prices are very reasonable, they explain everything they do in layperson terms, and they are genuinely concerned about providing quality products and services! I highly recommend them!
