We live in a 100 yr old home with old cast iron and concrete piping. Our complete plumbing was clogged up so we called three different plumbers to come out and give us a bid. Black jack plumbing was the only plumber that wanted to mess with the old piping. Jaime explained everything that was going on and gave us a great price! They removed the old piping and replaced it with new pvc pipe and added two more clean outs. They hauled off the old piping and gave me a military discount! Thanks Jaime we found an honest plumber!

Jaime Reyna was shopping when he heard the salesman struggling with how to install the power cord. The sales associate flagged Mr Reyna down to help me. He went out of his way to stop what he was doing, tell me exactly how to wire the power cord in the asked me t o meet in the parking lot where he and his helper completely installed the power cord . They were Knights In Shining Armour. I cant recommend them enough!!!

An excellent company. They are not only about quick response time but also about quality service at fair prices. I called Blackjack Plumbing due to having water heater issues. Jaime was here same day and took care of the issue. Very professional. Fixed my issue, a leaking expandable tank on my water heaters and also dealt with our water pressure valve that was failing. Did not charge a service fee to show up. Completed all work before presenting bill. Gives an estimate for all work. Had to call back for a faulty pressure valve on water heater. Came and replaced valve same day. An honest plumbing company who does quality work at very fair prices. Excellent company!

Duane came out and quickly figured out the cause of the leak and got it repaired—definitely not something I could have handled on my own. While he was here, I mentioned that our downstairs toilet was making a strange rumbling noise. Duane explained that the fill valve was the problem and showed me how to fix it myself, which was really helpful. He also took care of another issue in the master bathroom, where we were seeing small black particles in the hot water. He removed the faucet cap and cleaned out the debris right away. our water heater stopped working, so our home warranty company sent a plumber to fix it. ruben came out and installed a new water heater for us. he did a really neat job and made sure everything was working properly. after a little while, we noticed another issue with the water heater and called them back. ruben came out again, worked hard to figure out the problem, and explained everything clearly. even though it turned out to be a bigger issue, he helped us find the right solution. we also needed our water softener replaced, and when we asked ruben if he could do it, he said yes. we bought a new one and he installed it quickly and professionally. ruben made sure the new water softener was set up and running before he left, and he even took away all the packaging and the old softener so we didn’t have to worry about it. he was really friendly and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. i would definitely recommend these plumbers to anyone needing plumbing work in texas!

i want to start by saying this was the only plumbing company that gave me a straight-up quote on the phone—no tricks, no need for a home visit first. i needed two drain lines cleared out because of roots, and the price was fair: $146 for the main line and $60 for each extra line. paul was the plumber who came by, and he was super friendly. i asked him if there were any extra or hidden charges, and he confirmed the price i got on the phone was exactly what i would pay, no matter if it took him one hour or three hours. he finished the job in about 30-40 minutes since the lines were in decent shape. even though it was a pretty simple fix, everything went really smoothly. would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.
