We had a great experience on having Pulliam Plumbing come and setup our fireplace. I even referred others in my neighborhood to them.

HOWEVER, my Flume showed a water leak a few weeks ago. Pulliam plumbing came out within a couple days of me calling. They said found a pipe fitting in the irrigation system that wasn’t connected properly. Pretty hefty bill, but we were okay with it, since it was fixed. (However, it wasn’t.) The Flume continued to show a leak. I called them back. They made it back in another couple days and say they found another irrigation leak. Another hefty bill.

So, we switched to a landscaping company and they found and fixed some small leaks for a quarter of the price. But then we found that even after the irrigation was completely shut off, there was still water leaking somewhere.

We had a Old South Texas Plumbing come out today and find this leak, within 30 minutes. After resolving it, he tested very thoroughly to be sure that all leaks were addressed.

I am disappointed in Pulliam Plumbing that they didn’t find and fix this originally. In the future, I’ll continue to use & recommend Old South Texas Plumbing.
