This is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Jaime is a gentleman and professional at his knowledge of plumbing. I highly recommend him and his services. I am a very picky person and I am amazed at the response time for him to show up and the cost was perfect. I would use him without question for every plumbing issue I have. Thank you Jaime and Erica for excellent service. I would have given them a 10 stars if they had that available. Much appreciated.

My daughter gave me Jamie's information. I have a clog in my kitchen sink and I want to also change it to a porcelain one. I made an appt with Jamie for a free estimate. I appreciate Jamie's honesty. He explained all my options, and didn't try selling me something I don't need...I am pending a quote, and there is no doubt in my mind that he will be fair with his pricing too. Looking forward to having this problem fixed by Blackjack Plumbing.

Quick and professional! Blackjack Plumbing exceeded expectations! Jaime and Juan replaced 4 faucets, a complete shower set, reseated a toilet, added a shut-off valve to the water softener, tightened another faucet, checked our outdoor faucets and instructed me on the proper levels for the water softener. Price was on point and the level of customer service was AMAZING.

Blackjack is fantastic to work with. They show up on time, are very respectful of your space and your home, do great work at a great price, all while being available evenings and after work hours. I have had them back three times including once for a complex issue that he resolved no problem. Jamie (Hi-May) knows his stuff and I would recommend Blackjack to anyone.

I found Jaime and Blackjack Plumbing while searching for a plumber for water heater issues. He was quick to respond, offered very fair pricing, and his work was top notch. He explained what he was doing throughout the whole repair process and did not pressure me with any extra add-ons. Highly recommended.

Had a cracked housing in our whole-house water filter that was leaking, but the filter model is on backorder everywhere. Called Blackjack and they said they'd send someone out the next day (which was great for me), but Jaime wrapped another job up early on the same day and they asked if they could come out sooner. Perfect!

Jaime was super helpful and thorough. Didn't just patch the issue, but also assessed water pressure from the main to make sure the issue wouldn't keep recurring with new filters. He put a temporary solution in place (very reasonable price) and I'm planning to have him back out soon to get a new filter plumbed in + replace the supply lines to our washing machine.

Outstanding service! My water softener divert valve failed flooding the garage. Jaime gave me a temp fix for free. Later came back and completely replumbed the system. Looks great!

I was Amazed and impressed with Excellent Service conducted by BlackJack Plumbing! Starting with Erica who initially took my call at 4:30pm. Erica took time to receive pics of the issue and expedited info to the Plumber. Within minutes she scheduled a service call. Jaime with Black Jack Plumbing arrived in a timely manner.
