Jackson and his associate replaced my water heater and old plumbing.

They showed up on time, were professional, walked me through all work been completed, worked quickly and didn’t leave until all work completed was verified to work. Thank you!

Zeus came out and barely looked at our water softener and then told us we needed a new one. They also looked at a leak and just tightened one nut and said it’s fixed. Well now the leak has spread to our hallway and eat in kitchen area and is ruining our floors. We left a message last night (5:2) and have talked to the this morning and still have not received a call back. It is obvious we have a bigger issue as our wood floors are beginning to buckle. Wouldn’t recommend at this point. I will give them the opportunity to make it right, but right now am extremely disappointed in their work and customer service.

We were dispatched to Zeus Plumbing from our home warranty company and we couldn’t have been happier with their service, from getting us scheduled to the technician they sent. Brian was amazing, such a huge help.

Zeus Plumbing originally came out to help us with issues related to our home warranty, but our experience with them has been consistently excellent. We've called them out for clogged drains, toilet replacement and leaks and every time the folks we've worked with have been kind, friendly and helpful; while the work is completed professionally and at a fair price. Raul and Daniel made quick work of an upstairs plumbing issue. They were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. They explained the problem and made sure I was happy before they left. Also, they showed up exactly when they said they were going to! Highly recommended!

TL;DR - My home warranty company sent Zeus to my house to address a hot water tank leak, and it was a terrible experience up to the point they quit my job. In short, I realized Zeus's business model is based on exploiting the home warranty process to squeeze the most money out-of-pocket from customers via add-ons.

Full review: At first, I had high hopes for Zeus because I'm used to low-rated plumbers being assigned to my home warranty cases. Zeus was a 4.2, and they made a solid first impression.

However, everything went downhill from there. Zeus's team wouldn't answer basic questions for me (e.g., the PRV or tank part #s). I had to repeatedly proactively call them over a 2-week period for status updates, even though it was being processed as an "emergency" case. Zeus's updates were mediocre and vague. I had to repeatedly re-state, "So I'm still trying to figure out why you're not here fixing my valve."

They said they tried to help me get warranty coverage for all the necessary repairs, but everything except the valve got denied because of how Zeus explained the situation to my home warranty company.

Consequently, they first quoted me a high amount to replace my water tanks w/ out-of-pocket cash. Instead, I went with another plumber because Zeus's lack of communication, slow response times, and failure to provide a quote for the tankless system I requested. Zeus will say I didn't even mention tankless to them, but I did so during their on-site visit, and they could've easily understood my plan by being more communicative.

Once they found out I contracted out the water tank replacement, they again tried squeezing money out-of-pocket from me because I didn't have an expansion tank. Their quote was for $400 ($175 part + $225 labor). I got the high-capacity expansion tank for $50 brand new at a store nearby. My other plumber laughed at how Zeus could charge $225 for a repair that requires so little effort.

When I told them I'd have my other plumber install the expansion tank, their admin got frustrated and told me to call my home warranty company because they weren't going to replace my valve, which is the covered portion.

In other words, they quit my job when they realized they couldn't squeeze money out of the warranty company or me.

We had a gas leak and called our warranty company. They called Zeus and Juan was here in an hour. The city shut off the gas and Juan and coworker ran a full dionostics, repaired one spot and checked all. It was done in 1 hour and sent the city the report. We are up and done. Great friendly affordable services...thanks Zeus

Where do I start? Lets start with Andrea. She was very polite and set up the scheduling to have my problem taken care of. She sent out Jackson and Spencer to access the issue. Everything looked good on the inside of the house. Jackson was very up front and explained everything to me. Then we went out side on that's where saw the problem. Thursday, Jackson, Spencer and Juan came out to dig up my yard, fixed the problem on Friday and it was just filled in Tuesday with the dirt. I want to compliment everyone that helped me through this issue, oh yea, Fred also. I was very pleased. See that you keep these employees. They are a true asset to your company. I will use Zeus Plumbing when I need things done and I will pass that companies name around . Thanks again. Sorry for the book. Lol.

Jack came out after several cancellations from other companies. He was very professional, communication was great, and service was impeccable.

Brian was extremely informative and thorough. He identified and diagnosed the issue. It is evident he is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his service.

Scheduling was easy. The plumber was friendly and professional. He explained the situation, did the work efficiently, and tested it in front of me.

The technicians , Jack and Clay, were friendly courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. The installation was done in a timely fashion and the work was excellent.

Had a garbage disposal start leaking. The admin office at Zeus was so quick to work urgently and find me a time slot (same day) to have my issue resolved. The technician (Brian) was obviously a Master Plumber because he solved it within minutes. Fastest resolution I have ever experienced.

Raul is the best! He came out on Christmas Eve 2024 to replace my gas hot water heater. Highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone.

In addition, Juan and his apprentice, Alan, came out recently to take a look at my kitchen faucet and quickly diagnosed the issue—it was faulty and needed to be replaced. They arrived right on time, were professional and courteous throughout, and made sure to clean the area thoroughly before leaving. I truly appreciated their honest and straightforward assessment. It’s refreshing to work with a team that’s both skilled and sincere. Highly recommend them as well!
