Highest praise!!! Good job & fair pricing... We had been w/o water for 5 days. Fast service when lots of people either had no water or burst pipes.

Do not use this company. They said they will send someone out early and then lied. No one showed up twice, back to back times to fix my issue. No one called, no one showed up, not even a text. Do not use this service, you will be wasting your time and money. Use another company.

I did not threaten to leave a review after you tried to do everything for me to help me resolve the issues I was having on the 9th, I did tell you I would leave a negative review after you stated that I " had " done that on Friday. Which is a lie, I do not leave negative reviews or state I am until I had a negative experience. Which I did, you said you could get a tech out to me between 2-4 if no issues arrived, you then called later stating an emergency did happen and you couldn't come out until Tuesday after you the appointment that was missed on Thursday.

I never told anyone to cancel the order, until I called on Monday Sept 12, because I had resolved the issue myself. As I was already waiting over a week to get this resolved.

Not to mention you didn't even contact me what so ever on Sept 13th as the appoint was for that day for Tuesday, didn't call. No text, or email nothing. Just a no call no show, as I never cancelled that appointment. I would have done it through HWA instead of you. But say what you want to try to " resolve " this issue, when you never really did.

Poor and unprofessional customer service, especially from Marsha. Property manager scheduled service and when calling for an update on when plumber would be arriving, Marsha stated we weren’t on the schedule. She was very rude when I asked where the error occurred as she said she did remember speaking with our property manager but we still weren’t on the schedule.

True professionals. They repaired broken pipes on our well during the snow storm of 2021 the same day we called. They came after hours and worked in the dark for another pipe repair. Would easily call them again and again.

This business is fair, they provide quality products, and they come prepared for any situation. The worker (i think it was Jacob) was approachable, he knew his job well, and even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my plumbing and steps to prevent future disasters. I will be doing business with the company from now on. I’m voting for all of them in the next election.

This company over charges! Got a quote from them yesterday about a garbage disposal issue. They quoted me $508 to remove a screw that fell in there and it was making a loud noise. The disposal is operable it just had a screw that was stuck in there. Called a handy man and he fixed the issue and did it for only $50!! Not $200, or $300 or the outrageous quote of $508! I do not recommend this company!

As a Property Management company it is important to have reliable vendors that complete high quality repairs. Merritt Plumbing has continued to provide excellent customer service to our tenants and complete repairs properly and efficiently.

Merritt was GREAT!!! They were very responsive and came out to fix my gas leak problem immediately. They were very professional and completed the work diligently and without any problems. Wonderful people!!!

Jacob found and repaired a leak in our front yard and fixed in a timely manner got our water back on for the weekend. Highly recommend their services. Very polite and professional in his mannerism I would highly recommend their services.

I had issues with my water heater. I called Merritt Plumbing. Jacob came and diagnosed the problem right away. A true professional. Super happy with the service and how quickly it was solved. Highly recommended and will be using again!

The office staff is great…That said, I used these guys half a dozen times. At first they were pretty good. Then the reps became less and less knowledgeable. One trip the rep caused damage and then said he found it and charged us for it. The final straw was when they sent two reps out to replace a drain valve on my water heater. Neither rep knew how to do it or if it could even be done. A YouTube search showed the $8 part took 5 minutes to replace (literally unscrew old and screw in new). After making a call to Josh, they let me know that fortunately, they could fix it…but it would tae 2 hrs and since there were 2 reps, it would cost $750 to fix. The entire water heater would cost $600 to replace. So bizarre. I can’t figure out if it’s ignorance or greed. In fairness, i emailed them first and never got a response. Like I said…office staff is noce, Josh is not good at pricing and the techs don’t know more than you…so beware
