Merritt Plumbing always comes out very quickly and does great work. Very honest. Have got multiple quotes previously and they have always been the most honest and up front with all work and quotes.

Bill Briggs has come to our home many times to fix and replace different plumbing items. He has always been very professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and does not try to sell me on more repairs than needed. I would ask for him by name.

My plumber's are the BEST, so I never have to worry about them inside our house, or asking for their help on short notice, or creating projects that are dialed in to our EXACT needs! Today Merritt sent Paul & Skye to work on our tub/shower conversion; they never missed a beat when I asked for a rough-in that used completely different than normal dimensions and other changes. What a blessing to listen to their happy chatter - they loved their job and did it proudly! I HIGHLY recommend Merritt Plumbing!

I had a problem with the main sewer line where I was not able to use my bathroom for awhile. I called Merritt plumbing and they came out same day to take care of my issue. The two techs Enrique and Clayton were super knowledgeable and honest and took care of my problem fast and efficiently. I will definitely call again for any other issue's in the future.

Excellent service. They were able to come out same day and assist with a new water heater installation. Plumber was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

The manager Nathan is rude and unprofessional. He wanted to charge me a service fee after the plumber said he would have them waive it. When the plumber came to my house to replaced the cartridge in the shower handle he told me that he would have them waive the service fee for that day and he would have them waive it if he had to come out again. He said he felt bad because he didn't fix my shower handle correctly. So Nathan got upset because he had to waive the service fee and said he would take it out of the plumbers paycheck and said they would not be coming back to my house anymore. After 11 years I will no longer use Merritt Plumbing or recommend them to anyone ever again. This goes to show their level of customer service and how they do not appreciate their customers.

George and his partner were very polite and helpful. While one replaced a cartridge in my moen shower handle (I provided the cartridge) the other opened the p-trap under kitchen sink to clean out a clog. They then installed a whole house water shutoff in the garage via my water softener. Total time about two hours.

My home warranty company, Old Republic, first assigned another company for our clogged kitchen drainpipe issue, but when I checked the awful reviews of that first company, I immediately cancelled the service request. OR then assigned Zeus, and their reviews were decent, so I figured we would take the risk. Fred, the Zeus dispatcher, called me to set up the service call--he was friendly and kind, apologetic that they could not immediately get a tech to us since we are located in a small town on the very fringe of their service area. Our situation was more of an inconvenience rather than an emergency, so I was happy to have the tech scheduled for the next morning. Hugo, the tech, came on-time as scheduled the next day, and took care of our blockage. He was professional and personable, and gave us lots of good advice. These guys are one of the best service providers that OR has ever sent to our home, I highly recommend Zeus!

Zeus Plumbing was awesome! They were very informative and on-time! Raul was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on my new water heater very well. I will continue to use Zeus Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs!

The office staff was very friendly and courteous. Scheduling was very quick and fit my schedule without any changes to my day. Technicians showed up between times provided and finished in a timely manner. My entire experience in dealing with this company has been a pleasant one and hopefully if I have any future plumbing issues, I hope Zeus Plumbing will be assigned to my call.

Dispatch of a technician was within two hours of contact with Zeus. After initial visit, service and repairs were on time (two days later), with excellent technicians. They were friendly, professional, and finished work fast. Thank you to all staff!

I can't over hype Zeus plumbing. Xavier Puente from Zeus Plumbing was great! He quickly identified where the leak was coming from, and worked with our home warranty company to find the best solution for the best price - even staying a couple hours late Friday to talk this out with them and me. He went above and beyond and come back Saturday morning to fix the leak so we were only without water for 1 night. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do I will definitely reach out to Zeus and request Xavier because I know I'll be in good hands.
