Pulliam was very responsive, prompt and communicated well. They removed the unit, assisted with getting SAWS to come out and repair the main shut off valve. Now we are waiting for water remediation to be completed before installing a new tankless unit.

Pulliam Plumbing came out and replaced my water heater the same day I called. They replaced not just the water heater but all the pipes coming and going plus a new drip pan. All done in one day plus the area was clean and all the old stuff hauled away. I have used Pulliam before so it was an easy decision on who to call. Great bunch.

The team inspected my back flow. I was able to sign up for membership to ensure my service is completed on schedule and all paperwork was immediately filed with the city. Very grateful for the timely, hassle free, service.

Chris responded within 24 hours to my initial phone call with an on-site inspection of our hot water tank. He inspected the tank and determined it must be replaced, noting it was still under warranty. He then scheduled the service for the next business day! Matt was the technician who performed the removal & replacement task. He is commendably professional, courteous, and (most importantly) competent. He was also conscientious in ensuring the work site remained clean during and after the installation. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with their response and work, and heartily recommend them to anyone! (Note: Despite selecting the cost "$1,000+" I earnestly believe the total cost was very reasonable given the necessity and urgency of the work as well as their rapid response and completion of the entire task from first contact to completion.)
