I woke up to a whole-house clog early in the morning before work, surrounded by toilet water and completely stressed. I called Cameron, and his lovely receptionist immediately reassured me that he would make time to come out that morning. Cameron arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and clearly explained the price before starting any work.

Using his camera, he discovered the clog was actually under my sidewalk and caused by damaged plumbing. Because it was below the sidewalk and properly marked, I was able to get the city to take care of the repair. Throughout the entire process, Cameron was incredibly kind, gave me helpful tips for maintaining basic plumbing, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
