A real person answered the phone on Saturday morning, set me up with a same day appt hours later, and when Rudy arrived shortly afterwards he was courteous and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them.

Harry took his time with us, so that we understood what was being recommended. He had to repeat but very patient young man!

My plumber Tyler was professional and explained to me in detail what was wrong with my water heater. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater. He ensured that his work area was clean and protected. He quickly replaced it ensuring that the new system worked properly explained to me the maintenance and warranty information. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all his help in resolving the issue.

I checked average prices for the service that I needed prior to Caliente showing up. I had a leak and I needed it fixed pretty quickly. I didn't even know I had a leak until SAWS sent me a text notification for continuous water usage activity at my location. I lost over 300 gallons of water in two days...
Caliente came out same day with a lower service fee than another company I spoke with initially, half the cost, actually. For the repair, the charge fell within the average range for the type of service I needed. I only needed the female hose bib to be replaced.
Devon fixed it within maybe twenty minutes--super professional, courteous and quick. I'll definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

Work done quickly and care for house and areas they worked in. Job looks great, major leak under house by kitchen and had a gas line moved and some water lines closed off. Leak had to be re piped with pvc ( cast iron pipes ) job looks great . MAJOR MAJOR mainline work from house to city, completed in 2 days and work was exceptional

Still believe that the company owes me at least $100.00 from a previous outside faucet replacement that they charged me $478.00. That is itself was outrageous and I should not of honored that invoice.

James and Devin did a fantastic job fixing our water heater and a broken faucet. They arrived on time the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the problems, explained what needed to be done, and implemented the solutions. I was particularly impressed with their honesty. They could have told me that the water heater needed to be replaced but instead told me that the solution was much simpler. I will call Caliente first for help with any future plumbing problem.

Our Water heater developed a leak, we called and a Plumber came out within a couple of hours. Roland provided excellent service and information regarding water heater replacement. He also installed a water softener . Definitely would recommend Roland for any future plumbing needs. Caliente Plumbing was efficient and professional and highly dependable.

Rudy and Jeff did an excellent job locating and repairing a leak in my front yard. Required significant digging and removal of tree roots. Highly recommend!

My house was losing a battle against water. Water was coming from under the floor. These plumbers turned the tide. The leak is gone, the house stands, and I am forever grateful. Shout out to Arleen for taking my call and James for saving the night.

Caliente installed a unit in my home 3 1/2 years ago. 1 month ago a plumber informed me the systems valve was not on and not sending treated water to the house. Since the install it never sent any treated water to any parts of the house. All the fixtures, dish washer and clothes washer have a lot of mineral build up. 2 weeks after the install we contacted the owner Rick with concerns from tarnished silver ware in the dishwasher. Rick the owners advice was to change the dishwasher detergent. The owner did not care to check our system and this 3 1/2 year waste of softener system could have been avoided. I have contacted their office for weeks and no one has bothered to call me back. I even sent an email and called the owner Rick directly and they wont make the time to call me back. Do not trust this company and especially the owner Rick. If you need a company that will call you back or check on any concerns you have, do not contract caliente.

Rick and his team completed a major renovation project with a short timeline and they were on time, on budget, and did a great job. highly recommend Caliente! Tyler is awesome to work with as well and he is conscientious to deliver a high end well done job. Thanks again. More to come in the near future!
