Caliente is my go-to for plumbing repairs. Arlene and the crew kept me updated every step along the way of the project. I Would recommend for anyone who needs an honest plumbers.

Noticed a leak on the property on a Saturday morning. Wife left a message and they called right back. Had to wait a while as their other job was taking longer due to the cooler weather. Rudy showed up around sunset with Jefferson and thanked us profusely for our patience. They got to work, explained what they were doing, what the problem was, and answered all my questions. Very much appreciate them fixing the problem in the dark and cold.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the services provided by your company over the past three years. Our experience has been marred by a unit that was installed incorrectly, resulting in significant damage to my property. I am seeking reimbursement for the new unit, which was purchased for almost $13,000. I expected a prompt resolution but Arlene ignored my emails and texts. I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, as your company is not licensed, the Better Business Bureau, and file charges for the damages sustained. I will also publicly share my experience on social media and with local news outlets. It is regrettable that this situation has occurred, as it could have been prevented if your technicians had properly installed the unit. We were forced to purchase a new unit from another company, as Arlene and your technician were attempting to extort more money from us for a damaged unit that you sold us with a ten-year warranty.

Arlene was very helpful and had amazing customer service. She was patient and listened to what I needed and was able to get someone out to see me ASAP.

I hired Caliente to insulate my attic. At the time I was looking to improve my insulation which had settled over time and talk about radiant barrier products for the roof deck. They recommended spray foam insulation. I've had spray foam in a previous home and it was wonderful.

If you're not familiar, spray foam only works when the entire attic is sealed and the space becomes a semi-conditioned space.

They wrote a contract to spray the entire attic and remove the old insulation. From the man trap openings into my attics, yes plural, everything looked great; however, our attic was always hotter than it should be and two rooms on the far side of the 2nd floor are unbearable. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. My electric bill went up after this project.

Fast forward, we're doing some rewiring from Cat5 to Cat6 so work is being done deeper in the attic when it was discover we have entire sections that have no insulation. To be very clear, I'm not talking about poor workmanship or material issues. I'm talking entire areas they skipped.

I call Caliente to discuss a solution. Arlene's first move is to deflect by saying the work is old. If we were talking about quality issues or material defects I think she'd have a point. She implies this old man should have crawled to the farthest reaches of the attic to inspect their work. Not much integrity in that statement. I then share pictures with her. I hear nothing back. I have to call a half dozen times to get any motion, still no call from a manger of any sort. At this point Caliente sends out two of their team. Great guys really. They confirm the missing insulation and poor insulation removal. No word on a fix but a full pitch on upgrading my AC systems, complete with video presentation! I'm out $20k and they're trying to sell me new service. You can't make this up.

It has been 6 weeks since I called and 4 weeks since their team was onsite. The only communication from Caliente has been multiple attempts to sell me more services.

Take a look at the photos. There is no spray foam in sight. The contract was to spray foam and remove the old insulation. When you see these pictures, how is this even a point of discussion. Just fix it is all I asked. Caliente is choosing negative reviews, a BBB complaint and a trip to the courthouse rather than honoring their contract. Why would you use them?

Arlene answered my call quickly I called because my pipes were making noises that sounded like a haunted house. They showed up on time, fixed everything, and now my plumbing is quieter than my dog when he knows he’s in trouble. Professional, fast, and no ghost noises. 10/10 would panic-call again.

Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air has great service providers. One of them is Harry James. He is professional, polite and really knows his stuff. I will refer my friends to the company. Especially, with summer coming!

Customer service is why I chose Caliente. Arlene was extremely helpful and informative towards all my questions. She was extremely patient about all of my concerns. I will be recommending 10/10

Water softener flooded the garage and CALIENTE was out within 45 minutes to resolve it. The unit was old and needed replacement. Had it done 2 days later. High end work at a reasonable price. Recommend any day for any plumbing or HVAC needs.

Arlene was very helpful and knowledgeable. I discovered a water leak at the worst possible time (is there ever a good time?). Called these guys in full panic mode. They showed up fast, fixed it, and saved my house from becoming an indoor pool. Calm, professional, and leak was gone.

Starting with Arleen took my call and got me on the schedule ASAP These plumbers deserve a cape. Harry came out and did an ac tune-up for us. After a full inspection he recommended we get out ducts sealed and our system cleaned. It seemed like a lot of money at the time but we couldn't be happier. Now our house cools down faster and our electric bill has gone down. Well worth the investment!
