Excellent Service. Fit us in for an urgent back up and while it took longer than expected to find and resolve, the guys kept us updated, cleaned up after and were pleasant and courteous. They followed up on a Kohler warranty issue at the same time and will order the part. Will definitely contact for future needs! Thank you to the patient guys yesterday!!

We called the office saying we needed a new water heater, they said they have one in stock. They adjusted their packed schedule and fit us in for the installation. Hill Country Plumbing - Zach and helper showed up within an hour of the first initial call to the office. WOW! The install was quick and professional - they are very experienced. From calling the office initially to new water heater installed and working was under 2 hours! Thank you!

They certainly lived up to all the 5 star ratings! Our tankless water heater stopped working. We called, and they said they would be there between 12 and 2 that same day. They called because they were already in the area and came right then. Zach and Jesse were awesome. They wasted no time opening the water heater and quickly finding the problem, explaining each step as they went. The problem ended up being small pieces of stucco, probably left from construction, that had broken up and lodged in the fan, unbalancing it. They quickly cleaned it, reinstalled it and had it running quieter than it did before the problem! Both men were friendly and professional. The pricing was transparent and straight-forward. They are our new go-to for all our future plumbing needs, and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a local plumber in Boerne!

Hill Country Plumbing came out to find a leak in my yard when I was getting a high water bill. They were able to find the leak and fix it with a solution that was not just a bandaid. I appreciated their timeliness and customer service. Will use them again if I need it.

I had sewage backup at the front of my house. Called Caliente Plumbing and technician Rudy Sanchez came out with short notice. Rudy was professional and took care of the problem. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air.
