We had David from Caliente Plumbing come and fix our drain for the washing machine and he did a fantastic job. He also explained how and what was causing the back up. Caliente Plumbing also came as a last second call and I am grateful. I highly recommend.

We have been with Caliente for a few years now, and always impressed by them. We are apart of the monthly VIP program, and recently had some trouble with our unit. Harry was amazing!! Very professional, explained every step, was very thorough, and went above and beyond. He worked through his lunch yesterday, never complained, was nice to my dogs, and even made sure everything was set to go before he left today. Arlene who is the office manager is just as amazing! She is so nice and patient with everyone. She goes above and beyond and makes sure the customer is in safe conditions. (Of course I need work done when we have the TX freeze) Harry, Arlene, Jesse, and the owner have renewed my faith in businesses! Thanks again for everything!

After purchasing a new home, we had a rude awakening when our underground sewage lines backed up. Not only did they back up, they bubbled up into our shower, bathtub and toilets. We were already fans of Caliente from our previous home and called them immediately. Devon arrived within the hour and got to work. He was professional and friendly, even when delivering some pretty bad news. Devon advised his supervisor, Rick, of the situation and he arrived to assist. Apparently the two Sycamore trees in our front yard had attacked the pipes looking for water. Both trees had to be removed, and our front yard became a mud pit due to heavy rains that showed no mercy. An unexpected blessing occurred when we discovered that our homeowner's policy actually covered both the damage and repairs. Caliente stayed with us throughout the entire saga, replacing the damaged pipes and ensuring that our water was restored. They efficiently provided all information that our insurance company was looking for in order to file the claim. With a situation of this magnitude, it was a wonderful feeling to have a whole team doing their best to restore our water. We will continue to call Caliente and recommend them to family, friends and anyone who asks.

James Samford from Caliente came out to work on my water softener and fix my sink, and he was great. Super easy to talk to, clearly knew what he was doing, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush the job. Everything’s working perfectly now. I’d definitely call Caliente pluming again and would recommend James to anyone needing plumbing work.

Caliente is always on point! They serviced our old address for years and when we moved we needed a new water softner. They gave us a great price and James came out to install it ASAP. James was very kind and professional and walked me through everything I needed to know on our new water softner! Looking to possibly add a reverse osmosis and alkaline system from them too!!

For my review, please note I am a full time licensed real estate broker and have been for 18 years. This is my experience.

Don’t waste your time. I had a Trane ductless system put into my house for my garage and a climate controlled area in my attic. 2.5 years after installation we were having several issues. I called out Caliente and they sent one person who looked it over and said it was fine. I was still having issues so I ended up taking the system apart myself to find out that it was improperly installed in the ceiling cavity and it was leaking condensation all over the drywall. We end up having a mold issue and finding out that the drain lines to both units were installed improperly. I called Caliente again with pictures and they sent someone else out and they obviously did not know what they were doing. After fumbling around he left and I called back two days later to find out that that employee had been fired.

I ended up calling another AC service, NorthEast air-conditioning, and they sent someone out who diagnose the problem immediately and ended up taking the entire system apart and also was able to have all new parts ordered for the interior ceiling mounted unit since it was covered in mold and was damaged. All of this was covered under warranty and I just had to pay for labor.

Still to this day Caliente has not called me back to try and resolve the issue and I’m out $650 for the labor of another hvac company and I ended up having to fix the drain lines myself.

I would not do business with this company.

Fantastic service from Sean and Juan today making repairs to and flushing our two tankless water heaters. I had no idea that the plumbing service had taken the inexpensive route with the inferior parts used for our initial installation. Today's team gave us quite the education. I will use Olde Town Plumbing for my future needs.

Hot water heater emergency cut off did not work. Heater was fried. Called at 7:30 am and Cindy worked me into schedule around noon.
Men had to remove the heater, drive to three places in San Antonio to find the exact Rheem model so the warranty would be honored.Drove back the 40 miles to where we live near Comfort and completed the work by 5:00!!

Shawn is genuine, smart and communicated what he was doing and educated me on alternatives where appropriate. Absolutely the best plumber in town! High recommend him and Ole Town Plumbing.

Have been to my house 5 times, each for a different purpose. All visits went very well. They did a clean thorough job and in some instances improved on what I had (house 34 YO). I have met probably 8 different individuals, plus 2 on the initial phone calls, and each is an A+ person.

I chose Olde Town Plumbing based on the great reviews I read. They did not disappoint. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they arrived on time, as they said they would. I even received a text message when they were on their way. The work was done quickly and professionally and Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable.
