I have used Olde Town Plumbing for years. They are always helpful, personable, professional, answer questions and take their time. Recently had Shawn out for some issues. Reasonably priced and he was very knowledgeable. Would give 10 stars.

The team was able to arrive quickly, despite the time of year (New Year's Eve). They rapidly assessed the problem and recommended workable solutions. Unexpectedly, they were able to complete the work that day, doing a thorough and high quality job. They were professional and polite throughout, answering my layman's questions in a friendly manner. We really appreciated their hard work and the high quality support they provided.

Justin replaced my sink stopper apparatus and gave great advice for maintsining integrity of h20 flow and to prevent back up. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will be using Olde Town again. Cheryle

Replaced garbage disposal, assuming price included standard visit charge, labor, cost of equipment... I'd like to think cost was reasonable

Called Saturday morning for emergency clogged drains. Advised they would have to charge an emergency fee. Scheduled for 4 pm. They called back at noon to say they would be able to come earlier, thus saving the emergency fee charge. Very considerate. Great service.

I am in the middle of a move and needed plumbing services quickly to accommodate other scheduled services. I called a couple of other plumbing who weren’t able to come out for a week. Shawn at Olde Town Plumbing came the same day I called. He and a helper were extremely polite, competent and completed the task within an hour. I highly recommend them.

Best of the best plumber business! Justin did an amazing job with replacing 3 bathroom sink faucets and did a few other things that he noticed as a courtesy and gave us good advice on things to do to avoid further problems. I highly recommend Olde Town Plumbing.

Olde Town Plumbing provided excellent service and pricing when replacing my tankless gas water heater. The knowledgeable service technicians quickly and thoroughly assessed the problem and provided several options with fair pricing (even suggesting that I check equipment price directly with plumber supply). The installation went very smoothly. The technicians were professional, courteous and very helpful in explaining what they were doing. The office staff was also very responsive with scheduling and keeping me updated on parts delivery. I highly suggest Old Town Plumbing for their excellent customer service, technical knowledge and fair and reasonable pricing.

Shawn and Steven were both very pleasant and polite and were able to find and fix my problem quickly! They left every thing in a really neat order!!

Shower leaking. Kevin came diagnosed the problem, fixed it although he thought he would have to return with possibly some new parts.Arrived this morning and tested the shower and found all was working so he did not need to do anything more and canceled the ticket. That's honesty!

Shawn & his assistant worked very hard to solve my plumbing problem. Dedicated employees that well represent their company.

Brett is the man! If a situation arises he goes above and beyond!! When you have a major repair anxiety happens! When you find a company that alleviates that anxiousness, they are “a keeper” as some say. When you call for service check to see if Brett is available and you won’t be disappointed. Shout out to the apprentices assisting him for helping everything go smoothly!

Well well, just days after using Olde Town for some custom work for a water softener I installed myself, a leak developed in a bathroom. Like I said on my last review,”I’ll be using them again”, and called them. Again answered quickly and scheduled easily. Brett quickly found leak and stoped it until it can be fixed. I’ve already scheduled the repair with Brett. I recommend at using Olde Town for any of you plumbing needs. At least get a quote to compare!

Since living n Boerne I have used a plumber 4 times, 1 of which was Olde Town plumbing due to availability to install a water softening unit. the next two times I did not hesitate in calling Olde Town, the owner and his crew are as professional as they come, they are very fair on their charges and just good honest people. I won't use anyone else for just peace of mind.

Fast response, attention to details and went out of their way to get the part... Twice! (After the first one was faulty). Super nice and respectful.

Shawn did a fantastic job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. It was expensive...but they fit me in and did a great job.

Excellent customer service! My problem did not have any easy solution, but they persevered and were honest and fair with their pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
