The faucet that Jesse and Sam came to replace a cartridge on was to determined to be a bad valve that the cartridge would not fix. Jesse suggested contacting Delta. WE did they are shipping us two brand new faucets.

On March 13, Juan and Eric replaced the water heater control box and the pilot assembly for one of our water heaters. They were terrific - very professional and efficient. Thank you !!!

On March 14, Juan and Jesse replaced the control box and pilot assembly for our second water heater. They were great and got the job done in about 1 hour. We are very happy with Hill Country Plumbing.

Friendly & kind & professional team that explained what, why & how they were addressing the broken disposal. And then why it couldn’t be repaired & must be replaced. We’ve used this company before on Xmas day when our sink fell to bottom of cabinet. And bonus they clean everything up & cart off their garbage. This a first rate and knowledgeable plumbing company. Incredible service from Hill Country Plumbing today! Zachary came out quickly after I noticed a leak coming from my kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed the issue right away and found out it was actually coming from my AC system, not the plumbing. When I asked about the service call fee, he told me there was no charge and just to call them when I need help again. That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare! Hill Country Plumbing will be my first call from now on, and I’ve already recommended them to friends. Highly recommend!

We had to have a sewer line replaced at our old building (Boerne Community Theatre) to avoid backups to a downstairs bathroom. Zach and his crew did a great job for a great price. We've used them for smaller jobs in the past and I know we will always call upon them when we have an issue.
