Brian inspected my HVAC and determined all was great and no work needed. He went over our HVAC system to be sure we knew how to maintain and change our filters. I was so impressed how friendly and honest he was. He did not charge me for his time because he could not find any issues. I definitely recommend Bee Comfortable Heat and Air.

Fantastic experience using Bee Comfortable; they picked up my call first time and were even able to come out the same day. The service technician Brian was extremely courteous and super knowledgeable, he was able to swap out the burned capacitor and gave me some very valuable maintenance tips that I will use going forward. Bee Cave Comfortable, and Brian in particular, did a fantastic job for us. They replaced a broken A/C unit for our upstairs quickly to save me from melting under the heat filling each room without cool air. Brian was fantastic through the entire process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I could not be happier with the new carrier mini splits!

On the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, Brian answered the phone on the second ring, and had someone out to repair our A/C within a few hours. They communicated clearly about the repair and cost, and we were cool and comfortable by the end of the day.
