THEY’RE PRICE GOUGERS TO THE WORST LEVELS I HAVE EVER SEEN! I never write reviews on companies or experiences esp being a business owner of a service company, as I know the effect it can have on a business. But with this company I needed to. Buyers beware!

They came to my place to check on my HVAC system. They quoted me $15-$25k to replace a 4 ton unit which is a complete joke! I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years owning my own plumbing and electrical service company and I can assure you that is the cost for a 15-20 ton unit with installation. They also charged me $411 up to 2lbs for R-410A Refrigerant Adjustment. Which this cost $40-$80 per lbs. This company is a complete joke charging a markup of around 3 to 4 times over the high avg cost for these replacements or diagnostic testing.

Stay far far away from them unless you have an abundance of money to overpay for things to the tune of 3-4 times higher.

We were very fortunate to have Marlin Terrell for our HVAC technician yesterday. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, & explained the issue in a manner that was understandable.

Knowledgeable and experienced. I will be using this company again. JJ did great work.

Joshua and his assistant came by this morning. They did an evaluation, gave me options for solving my problems with my aging water heater. We agreed on a plan and they went to work. As things progressed they updated me periodically and before lunch the system was up and working. Before long hot water was flowing through the pipes again. Very professional and positive attitude and energy in the heat. Job well done and appreciated. 5 stars ⭐️

Marlin Terrell inspected my HVAC system a few days ago. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly addressed my needs and concerns. He is the consummate professional!

I have use Dandy Services before and they were great. So, I signed up for Bi-yearly maintenance of my HVAC system. Maintenance tech came on time and did the job. However there are some misses I would like to point out —
1) I found that the filter on one of the furnaces was dirty and needed replacement. The technician told me that that all the filters were good
2) The technician never gave me a system report indicating all the things he checked and signed off
I sincerely hope that Dandy can get this right. I like the people and the service they provide. They can be even better if they can put in the appropriate controls on their services.

Marques, a very nice, polite man, came out and did a great job, set up our AC like we needed in our two-story home. Speedy service, came out next day after we contacted them, got the job done super quick (fixed zone board, replaced motor and a bunch of other maintenance stuff) for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend, thank you!

Marlin, the technician, was very thorough in performing an inspection of my entire heat pump system. He is very knowledgeable and not only explained his recommendations clearly and concisely but also answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing AC services.

Marlin and Terrel did a great job. Everything went quickly and smoothly. They even vacuumed the floor around the areas they worked! One vent was difficult to go back up (old house) but the men got it back up and secured to my relief. There’s been a distinct difference of my surfaces (dust) and air quality. Very pleased with the job they did.

Jaykob, this was our first time having our ac ducts cleaned and Jaykob did excellent job explaining the process and performing the cleaning.

Steve was pleasant, knowledgeable and very experienced. He's familiar with our equipment and takes care to ensure he keeps us up to date on exactly what needs to be done. Overall, an outstanding tech.

Cameron did an excellent job of explaining everything to me before he proceeded with taking care of the plumbing problem. He gave me options of the different ways we had to get the immediate plumbing issue fixed before he started the repairs. He was so thorough and explained each step to me. He left the bathroom immaculate which I appreciate.

This is an update to my original review which was less than flattering. (Original Review for context) "I called to get a Dryer Vent blow out. On our estimate, we were told that our old metal outdoor cap needed to be replaced due to it being heavily obstructive and not to code. We were quoted with the understanding that it would take several hours of labor to remove & replace the old cap, and the do the blow out. Total Estimate $481. We accepted the estimate due to the seemingly complex situation of the job and that the work would be of top quality. Their workers came out and finished the entire job in under 1/2 hour of time, apparently the old cap came off without any issue, a new cap that looks terrible was put in it's place, and no issues with the blowout. I signed for the work because they did do what they said they would do and there was my mistake. I ignorantly thought they would adjust the estimate down to the actual work done, unfortunately, that is not what happened. I was told that I because signed that the work was done, there was absolutely nothing that could be done to adjust the price regardless that the labor did not match what was estimated. I'm personally very disappointed with the work and in myself for allowing myself to be taken in for what I feel was unfair ride." Clearly, I was very upset and as you can see from the 'before' photo below why. I want to give credit to Dandy Home Services for reading my review and taking responsibility for it. They reached out and listened to why we were so upset and sent out their top technician to fix the issues and make it right and to the quality of work we expected from such a highly rated company (please see the after picture). Very few service people do that and I am very grateful to be here amending my review.

From start to finish, Dandy exceeded my expectations. They came to my home for a personal consultation, taking the time to understand my needs, explain the different unit options, and walk me through SEER ratings and other important details. On installation day, the crew was punctual, professional, and efficient — completing the entire job in less than a day with the AC off for only a short time. The new system runs perfectly, and the outdoor condenser fan is much quieter than my old one, which was starting to fail. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Highly recommend!
