I'm typically a little skeptical of 5 star reviews because I've been burned a few times by them, but Luke deserves EVERY SINGLE STAR!!! I found this company from my neighborhood Facebook group and after researching a few others decided to go with them and they are the REAL DEAL! Luke was so knowledgeable, answered all of my questions honestly. He quickly fixed an issue I didn't even know we had with the upstairs system and gave me instructions on how to maintain my HVAC system. Don't hesitate, book him NOW!

Heat went out right before it snowed. Luke was attentive and patient. Helped us choose the best unit for our house as our first house and we knew nothing. When our unit was out of stock his manufacture upgraded us. Luke communicated the whole way through and was very attentive. When installed there was a snafu with the thermostat and Luke came back twice to make sure we were comfortable with new unit. Luke was professional and affordable. We had a great experience with Heat and Air Gurus. Luke is very kind, communicative and knowledgeable. He did the work we needed in a timely manner and I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell us anything, rather he laid out the appropriate options and allowed us to make our own decisions without pressuring us. I called Heat and Air Gurus on a Saturday when my AC unit went out. My usual AC technician didn't return my call but Luke did and was able to work me in that day. He was very communicative and helpful and I felt very comfortable trusting him with my HVAC issues. Luke and his team fixed my AC in a timely manner. I was so impressed I signed up for the yearly maintenence plan and look forward to using their service in the future.

Luke is very proactive. I have subscribed to their service which is very useful for preventive maintenance. Highly recommended especially for hvac units way beyond their projected half-life. Have replaced two recommended components critical for a well running system in the winter months.

Had an emergency hvac failure and HVAC came to the rescue! We had to call on a weekend night with temperatures in the 100s and they came out to assess the situation. Luke was absolutely fantastic. He came on time and had a lot of patience in troubleshooting step by step to find the root cause of my AC problem. He opened the AC unit carefully and inspected it step by step with all his tools and came prepared. He went the extra mile to check everything not bothered of the extreme heat in the attic and I was really very impressed with his work. Heat and Air Gurus did a great job! They installed new heater, a blue light, a high quality filter, and re routed our ac drain to properly drain to outside. The heater ran great throughout the last month of cold weather and the blue light has been working well. Luke and his team did a great job.

We recently bought a home in Plano which was built in the 1970s. As soon as the summer hit, we realized our AC was losing the battle against the Texas heat, leading to our home's temperature raising during the hottest parts of the day. Essentially, our AC was never getting a break and couldn't keep up. After working with Luke at Heat and Air Gurus, he identified and fixed several issues with our entire system, including low refrigerant, insufficient duct work and air supply, and severely lacking insulation in our attic. The pricing was very fair and Luke helped explain our options without us feeling we were getting an upsell on anything unnecessary. I write this now as a very satisfied customer with a home easily holding 70 degrees as it's over 100 degrees outside. Thank you!
