I’m beyond impressed with Luke’s work! The difference in airflow throughout my house is incredible — every room feels cooler, fresher, and more comfortable. I can tell the air is moving so much better now, and it’s made a huge difference in how the whole house feels. The team was professional, quick, and did an amazing job. Luke and his team are pro level. They replaced 2 AC plenums, a drain pan, and 1 vent at my house. The pricing was excellent and they are very knowledgeable regarding AC and venting. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

My technician was Luke Barbosa. The pre visit communication was great. Timeliness of arrival was great. The visit itself was efficiently conducted. Luke gave me good information in response to my questions. He was honest and direct about what my options were for service, while being consultative on how he would handle it going forward without pushing for any unnecessary sale. All in all, great service.

Luke gave us a clear explanation of our air conditioning problems as well as multiple potential solutions. He was genuine and not just a salesman. Him and his team were great with my kids asking a hundred questions on installation day as well. We are very grateful to have a great working new unit.

I had the fun experience of having the motor of my HVAC system go out less than a year after buying my 1970s era home. Luke was great explaining all of my options including what would need to eventually be fixed. He showed up on time, went above and beyond. Would do business with Heat and Air Gurus again.

I needed A/C service, and they very promptly got a technician out to the house: Steven Underwood. He is very knowledgeable; he quickly identified the problem, explained it clearly, and proposed a good solution. Couldn't ask for more!

Sebastian was prompt and did a great job repairing the broken pipe. However no one from management was willing to address the water damage because it is the weekend. That is disappointing especially since Dandy was at fault.

***EDIT: Dandy owners did end up coming through with resolution to this unfortunate accident in our home. They ended up addressing the issue with prompt attention and making sure the damage was resolved as quickly as possible. I appreciate their attention and have adjusted my review accordingly.***

Marlin took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and made sure I was taken care of. He fixed a mini split unit that wasn’t blowing and also recommended service on our main unit that helped our it run at peak performance rather than the low end performance it was doing before.
