When it came time for us to replace one of our HVAC units at our home, we had been with one of the larger HVAC servicing companies in the area, but had begun to feel just like a number to them so we wanted to look at a somewhat smaller organization. We found Dandy Home Services through a friend who uses them for their AC service, and we’re very glad that we did. We received excellent personal service from Steve, our sales representative and from the entire team at DHS.

Our system was replaced on schedule and without any major glitches whatsoever. The new thermostat that we got with this unit Is very amazing, especially since you can control your HVA system using Wi-Fi and your telephone.

I would highly recommend DHS for any body looking for replacement or repairs to their systems. They are professional, congenial, timely, and most of all, they know what they’re doing.

What our new HVAC unit came with a 1” filter we needed to have the unit modified to support 4” thick filters. Steven and Milton showed up.on-time, with the right parts, and got right to,work. They were fast, efficient, professional, and cleaned up everything once they were finished. We really appreciated their efforts, especially on one of the hottest day this summer. These guys ROCK! Marlin came out this morning to do a semi-annual check and service on our A/C. His kind personality and professionalism sealed the deal for us. We signed up for the annual membership. It’s not easy to get my trust so quickly, but this local business has impressed me so far. I have plumbing services coming next.
Plumbing service update. Cameron came over this afternoon, and once again, I’m impressed by this company. The professionalism combined with kind people gives me a lot of comfort. While I didn’t have an emergency or anything, building a relationship with a company I trust, makes me feel better for those times when I may need more.

Great, same-day service repair of garage springs by Josh and Zealand. Dandy Home Services from the beginning to end was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made sure of the customer satisfaction and have earned my trust for their services in the future. I would highly recommend them, especially if you care about quality, honesty, and professionalism.

A/C duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Service was quick and thorough. Marlin and Marques were very polite and explained everything as they went. Missed a few spots when vacuuming up left over debris but overall highly satisfied. Would definitely recommend

Cameron did a free plumbing inspection. He is outstanding. Although we had him do no work I won't hesitate to have him do any future work needed. He is very professional and trustworthy. Also cares for his customers.

First used them when I bought my house. Had them inspect everything just in time for winter.
System had a leak. They were very transparent and showed me where. They offered different repair/replace options depending on my budget and how long I plan to live here. I opted for a full system replacement. They got the new units installed the following week with a full job inspection. DJ is the main tech I dealt with and he has been amazing.
Recently did my seasonal inspection again, and the new system is working flawlessly.

I had a great experience with Dandy Duct Cleaning. Garrett was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. He carefully inspected our dryer vent system and found a silicone piece that was obstructing the airflow, something we would never have spotted on our own. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was running smoothly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Cameron and Alex were very courteous, professional, and efficient. They serviced my hot water heater thoroughly, helping to prolong its lifespan. I really appreciate their expertise and attention to detail. I will definitely refer you guys to family and friends!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATINE STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
So HAD a garage door opener installed 7/2024. A few weeks later the rail became detached I and had to call in which same technician came and fixed. Never installed the eyes that make it stop if something is in way. Either time. This past febuarary the arm detached and just about ripped my Jeeps top. I called the lady that answered said it was under warranty so no charge. The technician came over i was still at work at that time. My Mom calls saying the tech wants $199 up front before He will fix it. He then starts being rude to my 77 year old Mom and yelling. Tried to call His boss no answer. Then I'm driving home pass a white truck with garage door panels and a guy in the truck who was staring Me down as I got out of my car (It's was the tech) Get inside and there's a man talking to my Mom and I said i got this and she went inside. The guy said that it will be $199 for a temp fix and $500 to fix it for good. I said it is under warranty per lady who answered and he said no. Our door weighs 309 pounds and it only has 1 spring so not our fault. I originally paid $700 for garage door install. The man left saying "GOOD LUCK".
Today now the metal bar on one side has broken and now hanging. We'll I guess that's not covered or THEIR PROBLEM? COMPLETE LIERS AND VERY VERY RUDE YELLING AT AN ELDERLY LADY!! HERES PICS. Again, this is only 8 months old Garage Door Opener ($700!!)

Under the new Sailors Air & Plumbing, (we had been using CVJ for the HVAC) we had replacement of two sink faucets by Cameron W. He is competent with conveying knowledge of the work and performing the task. The before / after were seamless and no mess, completed in a timely manner, with a confirmation of quality work.
Following the company protocol, he discussed the work request, as well as, all the other plumbing areas - to ensure all things are appropriate. Next, an estimate was provided with the scope of work. Then work completed. We were very comfortable with Cameron in our home independently completing the replacement. Definitely, keep / recommend for future plumbing needs.
The pricing is higher, in the range for larger service providers estimates, which was discussed. The hope is to see future savings as the business grows and adjusts to the Aubrey market. We have previously had yearly maintenance contracts with the HVAC side of the business and plan to continue with Sailors Air & Plumbing to support our local community.

I scheduled a consultation for air duct cleaning and was impressed from start to finish. Addison was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process in detail, pointed out areas of concern. I appreciated how thorough the inspection was and how clearly he answered my questions. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish. Addison and Marques were cordial and demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process. They completed the duct cleaning efficiently and in a timely manner, while ensuring the work was thorough. I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

If I have any plumbing problems in the future I will most definitely be calling Dandy Home. Specifically asking for Cameron. Had an issue with some old copper water lines and cut off valves. Also an issue because turning off the water also turned off 8 other town homes water. We didn’t need the full time allowed to have the water off. He didn’t take long at all. He brought everything he needed in one trip then got to work on putting the new angle valves and compression hoses on. He made it look super easy but it ain’t. He knows what he’s doing. I even learned a few things. Thanks for being professional!

Steven came to my house just a few hours after calling in for an appointment to look at my AC unit outside that had been neglected. Not only was Steven punctual and polite, he took the time to really walk through what was happening and provided me with confidence in his expertise and advice. There was no aggressive up-selling or pressure at all and the technician was very understanding of my input.

Cody was my service representative today and he did an amazing job! He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will be using Sailor’s Air & Plumbing for all my future HVAC needs and recommending them to all my friends.

Docks are very tights , need to cross your truck on the street to backing on dock , be careful with yours landing gears when backing into dock, you can stuck on the access ramp. Overnight permited if arrived early
