The technician was on time. He kept me informed through the a/c checkup. He was very pleasant. He discussed the options and problems in plain language. He greeted and identified himself. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.

He was AWESOME! He answered all my questions and gave me great advice!! It’s nice to see people that loves there job!!

We had them come run air vents in our art gallery which we have just invested almost 200k remodeling. They cut the wrong location for the vent and left it wide open without trying to fix it. I had called the company, emailed, and even messaged the sales rep on facebook for WEEKS letting him know we had a grand opening. I never heard back from them and then got a call from a contractor they hired who was suppose to come the morning before the event. I showed up to have the place open and no one showed up and then a lady calls at 2:50 pm after we had to PAY someone to come fix it saying I was not getting back to someone. We do business with so many companies and never write complaints but this is ridiculous.

Rusty was great and explained everything well.

Mark is incredibly knowledgeable bout his work and has worked on our A/C systems for years. He actually replaced our old unit in 2016. We trust him and am grateful he was here today with Austin who is a great worker as well

Had to get a whole new HVAC system due to my 25-30 yr old one finally giving out. My experience from the tech Rusty who I highly recommend for his honesty and being a stand up professional was great. I did the paperwork for the new system and Airmax had installers at my house 2 days later. The installers Kyle, Chris and Austin were very professional, answered all questions I had and were straight forward with me which I appreciate. They took their time to make sure things were done correctly even if it meant redoing something that could become an issue down the road and I believe went above and beyond by showing they cared about their quality of work even when having to climb through a cramped and low attic as well with the hiccups they came across were fast to fix and make sure I was taken care of. It’s nice to have found professional and honest individuals that will get you taken care of this day and age when it’s hard to come by. I highly recommend Airmax for their honesty, professionalism and any and all of your HVAC needs.

My tech arrived earlier than the expected time which was great! My AC had been out for over 24 hours & the inside temp was 85! Austin diagnosed the issue quickly and got me cooling again! Very personable!

I also sign up with a very reasonable maintenance program.

Airmax was quick -they even arrived early! The service tech was knowledgeable and repaired my unit quickly. He even showed me the problem and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Airmax.

Kyle, Chris, and Airmax were
singularly outstanding in promptly replacing our outdated HVAC with a state-of-the-art heatpump. They did this with only 3 days notice. They were extremely courteous and totally respectful of our property. It was not an easy job, but they took it in stride with one of the most positive attitudes we have ever seen. We could not recommend them any higher. Our heartfelt thanks to Kyle, Chris, and Airmax.

AAAAAA++++++ Same day service, 2 seconds to fix the problem. Amazing!!!! A screw came loose that was causing heat to come on instead of AC. Huge deal to us but Blake smoked it in about 5 minutes. I could not believe the professionalism and knowledge that it was just a screw and when it comes out it forces the heat to come on...how about dem apples!!!!!!! Thank you Airmax Air Conditioning for your speedy service to get to me and your amazing speedy service to fix it and the honesty and integrity. He could have told us anything, but he told the truth... a rarity these days! BTW, customer service on the phone is amazing as well. THEY SHOULD ALL GET RAISES! I have had home warranties for 40+ years and numerous AC problems and these guys rocked it out! I will ask for them in the future. This was all done through AHS Service and ART was awesome help for me today! AAAAA++++ to them as well.

Stan and the team did a great job replacing our two failed units! They were professional and courteous throughout the two day job. Highly recommend!!!

Very personable. Gave good advice on how to help keep our units running smoothly...which we will take. We asked him to clean our coils, thought we were going to have to reschedule for that...nope, he did it that same day. ❤️

Blake identified our HVAC problem: blower fan not working. Told me the part would be covered. He just had to locate the part and schedule the installation. Then he LIED in the report, saying it was broken due to a power surge, which denied coverage and would cost us over $3,000.00 to get it replaced. He wouldn't return my calls. We had a second opinion from another company which confirmed there was no indication of a power surge. Don't use this company!

Blake did a fantastic job repairing our AC problem. Unfortunately a roofing nail from a new roof punctured a copper line and would not hold any Freon. Blake and Ethan found the leak in the upstairs bedroom and did a greats job repairing. I highly recommend Airmax. Quality work and professional staff.

Fantastic technician Mark R performed the fix required for the AC in less than 90 minutes, including working with the warranty folks. No frills, no fluff. I simply explained the issue, and within the 90 minutes it was correctly diagnosed and fixed. I now have cool air again. Granted this year has not been as stiflingly hot or dry compared to recent years, the fast resolution is greatly appreciated.

Mark is an amazing gentleman we definitely feel comfortable with to diagnose and fulfill our needs.

On 8/13 Blake came out and helped with Our Ac Unit ..once more build up came in to place with first drainage he was so prompt and professional as he assisted . Thank you for going above and beyond with the service Blake ! He is an asset to the company we need more like him that deliver exceptional service with a great attitude!!

We had the pleasure of being serviced by an awesome Air Maxx employee Morgan Thomas on 7/17/2025. He was professional, prompt and kind as he serviced my home for a Ac leak ! I really appreciated all he did for my home and just his approach to his profession. We need more professions like him and he for sure needs a raise !! He went above and beyond the repair by helping me clear the moss that accumulated on the patio due to leak. It was an awesome experience and we will be requesting him in the future for maintenance to prevent the Ac leaks from happening again! Thank you again Morgan !!!!
